Beyond terrible company. Completely unbelievable that apple and google forces devs to use it.
This company has sent an email to my personal work email address, this is unacceptable in my eyes. I never gave this company any of my details so not sure how they have managed to obtain my personal work email and details!
I GUESS WE AS BUSINESS OWNERS ARE FORCED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY TO OBTAIN BUSINESS CREDIT BUT I DONT MIND TELLING YOU THAT THEY HAVE THE MOST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ONE HAS EVER SEEN EVEN THE FEMALE MANAGER NICOLE MOORE I JUST SPOKE WITH WHO SIMPLY REFUSED TO DO HER JOB AND LIED TELLING ME THAT ALL OF MY BUSINESS INFORMATION WAS CORRECT WHEN IN FACT IT WAS NOT!! HOW SAD IS THE CULTURE IN THIS COMPANY IS TO LIE TO, HANG UP ON AND BEHAVE IN A SUCH A WAY YOU’D THINK THEY ALL HAVE NO EDUCATION AND JUST WAS RELEASED FROM PRISONS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH IT’S TIME TO FIGHT BACK AT THESE GOD AWFUL COMPANIES HANDING OUT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HELL!! MY ADVICE IS TO RECORED EVERY INTERACTION WITH THEM AND EXPOSE THEM ON EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM KNOW TO MAN SO PEOPLE WILL NOT WASTE THEIR MONEY ON THIS AWFUL COMPANY’S BEHAVIOR. BEWARE AND DONT SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU!!
Google requires me to give them a DUNS-number from Dun & Bradstreet. That is a useless number they give to each company automatically for absolutely no reason.
Now I have to pay Dun & Bradstreet 15 euros just to get an automated email with a worthless number from their database I never gave permission to be in.
I think it's a scam, basically.
Apart from that: how on earth is Dun & Bradstreet allowed to keep and sell my information without my consent?
How is this company allowed to publish peoples personal data/information on the worldwide web without their knowledge or consent? Also store detailed personal information on their databases? Just makes a mockery of the data protection act/law. Organisations like the AEPD seem unable to do anything to stop this. Are D&B just too big? I only found out my details had been published on their websites because I started receiving a lot of contact form scammers, so I investigated and found D&B/Informa/Einforma websites with a whole page of all my details - address, phone number, email, tax ref etc.. They probably have my bank details on their database. As most people know once your personal information is on the web that is it. Trying to get them to remove this information - well they are prepared with slippery individuals in place, armed with prewritten template letters with extracts from data protection law. They must get daily complaints. Where are they getting this information from?
Well done D&B you have created a convenient website/s for every scammer - a one stop shop for scammers. It's only fair I dig up everything I can find on D&B, Informa, Einforma and publish it on a website/s. Obviously your employees won't mind a mention by name with their personal details below!! What a word we live in.
HORRIBLE! I'm not sure where they get their information from but its wrong, wrong and wrong. I asked that they remove my address from another unrelated business page on their site because we had nothing to do with them and it was like pulling teeth. 2 phone calls and an email and the person on the phone didn't grasp the concept that I had no idea what the other business correct address was and that if they wanted to find it they need to do the following things.....
would gove zero if i could. Old school massive scam. Pay to get a good score. Complete joke of a company.
Dun & Bradstreet has been sending me unwanted emails for the past FOUR years and will not stop despite many phone calls and emails. I even got to their Executive Response Team, which is supposed to be the end of the line, but after months and months, I am still receiving unwanted emails. And now they found one of my other business email addresses and is sending to it too! Double spam!
In order to unsubscribe, you have to go on their website and provide all of your phone numbers - huh? Another scam way to get your data!
Today I filed an FTC Fraud Report. Maybe if enough people report them to the government, action will be taken.
Does anybody even check D&B reports any more?
It is terrible how this people D&B has the monopoly.
Being that is the WORST comapny, with the worst system.
The anti-trust must apply.
Worst company every, EVERYTHING IS BROKEN. There are constant glitches and you have to hurry to move past the errors quickly, the employees don't know what they are talking about either!
You will always get:
"Submission Error
There is an issue with your submission request. Please try again later."
they employ solicitors who are not reg or allowed to practice in the UK - all very dodgy. I would not recommend any lawfrim that operates in this manner.

Request for Pending Payment for Graphic Design Services
Dear Sirs of Dun & Bradstreet,
My name is Omar Bustillos, I am a freelance graphic designer and was recently contracted by Jawedy Smith, who identified herself as an employee of your company, for the completion of six logos for a total of $1050 USD. The work was completed and delivered on time last 08/19/2024, meeting all specified requirements and receiving positive feedback on the quality of the work.
However, I feel the need to contact you because the agreed payment for my services has not been made, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably. The following are the facts:
Hiring and Delivery: Last 08/19/2024, I was contacted by Jawedy Smith, who requested my freelance services for the creation of six logos, with the promise of a payment of 1050 USD. I delivered the work within the agreed 24-hour deadline and received confirmation of satisfaction both in writing and by voice note.
Payment Process: Subsequently, I was provided with the contact of Stephan Kreisler, supposedly in charge of the finance department of his company, to coordinate the payment. I informed Stephan Kreisler that I have a U.S. bank account in the name of my company registered in Missouri and requested that the transfer be made to that account.
Cryptocurrency Imposition: However, Stephan Kreisler insisted that the payment could only be made through a cryptocurrency platform. Despite my reservations and after several insistencies on his part, I proceeded to register on one of the suggested platforms and followed all his directions.
Additional Deposit and Loss of Funds: Even so, Stephan Kreisler demanded that I make an additional deposit of 50 EUR in order to process the payment, which I consider an inappropriate and suspicious request. Despite having made a first deposit of 10 EUR in an attempt to receive the funds due, the payment of 1050 USD was never made.
This situation is unacceptable, as not only has the payment agreement been breached, but I have also been forced to incur additional losses. I formally request that full payment of 1050 USD be made immediately, using the bank details I have already provided, without further delay or undue conditions.
I also urge you to review internally the policies and procedures related to payment management to prevent other professionals from experiencing similar situations.
I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable period of time, I will be forced to take the necessary legal action to protect my rights and interests.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with and the fact that they are the ones who control business credit is just crazy. I applied the first week of June for a Duns number they said 30 days. 30 days came and they told me I was denied because they couldn't get ahold of me, so another 30 days same exact thing trying to get me to pay to have it expedited. No way I'm giving these people my money. I never once had a missed called, I verified my info multiple times but they said it didn't matter because they weren't the verification department, I asked for a number to call so I could verify and they said there is no number. Seriously no number to call so if you miss a phone call that never happened you are just out of luck. Fast forward another month and a half so almost 4 months I call to check on it and now get told I have a Duns number? So I never spoke to any verification department and now I have a Duns number. Why couldn't I have gotten it the first month like I was supposed to. This has sat me back 4 months with my business credit which already takes time to build. I log onto DNB and it still shows my Duns number pending and I don't have access to credit insights. I have talked to a few different people over this issue and keep getting pointed to someone else and my problem is never resolved. They have the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with it is such a shame that they are the ones who control business credit.
Utter rubbish company. Horrible customer service.
I made the request to have my D.U.N.S
number you never answer when I call on the phone you never give assistance But how much longer do I have to wait? American Group Sport Management #Dun&Bradstreet
Our Account Manager is always ready to help and very informative on the system.
I am a survivor of domestic abuse and suddenly realised that my abuser can easily find my address by just Googöing my name and landig on dnb.com website. I never consented to the processing and publication of my persoanl data by this company. This is in violation of the personal data protection laws in Germany, where I live. I need to involve a lawyer.
Was contacted today by this mob, they told me they had taken over a $5k debt for me. I informed them that i did not authorise this and now the debt was their problem.. I told them not to contact me again . They were not very happy
I was contacted today that they did a "credit check" and listed to "login and contact them" if I wanted to know why or something else, I found this strange. I googled them up and found this truspilot, and I realized, they're trying to steal my Credit card information/Bank ID. Please dont fall for this, they're a horrible company
