Great response time and they were able to help my son with his acne problems from looking at a picture! We had a mix up with the pharmacy and I emailed the Dr. And he was right on it getting the issue fixed! Very happy with our experience here!

If you think you should physically see a doctor, do so. Don't waste your hard earned money just to be told they can't help you. They should refund me for wasting my time and money.....and they didn’t send me a refund as promised😡

Great experience
I have a rush on my finger for months. One day it was so bad I researched the local dermatologist but I saw DocBright ad and decided to give it a try. Now a week later I don’t have any problem because my prescription cream was sent to pharmacy after minutes I upload my pics.

I am so happy that we found this invaluable service. We had waited six weeks for an appointment with the only local dermatologist, then got rescheduled for six weeks later. How frustrating!
Meanwhile, my daughter was struggling with acne. When I found this service, we had answers and a treatment plan from a wonderful doctor within hours. He answered all our questions, called in her prescriptions, and gave her a personalized treatment plan. It’s already helping her. Thank goodness for this amazing, convenient, professional service!
I have already recommended this service to several people. I think I may use it myself.

This app has been very helpful. I was able to get treatment in less than 24hrs which was much relief. It was quick and easy with no appointment requirements. Dr. Anna has been very helpful with my queries and follow up. Highly recommend her for dermatology.

Quick diagnosis with prescriptions
My son needed to see a dermatologist. I have insurance but had to get a referral from the PCP on the insurance card...to get those appts., he wouldn't be able to see a dermatologist for a few days. I found docbright...gave some information online, uploaded sime pictures of his acne and had a medical response with prescriptions sent to my pharmacist within hours.
His acne is already starting to clear up within just 2 days.
Would completely recommend and will be using them for further virtual dermatology visits.

I had been dealing with a rash on my face, under my nose and spreading around my mouth for over a month. I tried everything, read every article, tried every remedy, nothing helped. Exactly one week ago today, I found DocBright. Read through these reviews. Gave them a try.
I 100% LOVE the service and treatment I received.
I filled out the online forms, took pics and sent several of them in. It was a Sunday night and I figured I wouldn't hear anything until the next business day.
I heard back from them within 2 hours with a diagnosis of perorial dermatitis, a treatment plan, and a prescription which was promptly sent to my pharmacy.
My skin was better within days of treatment and I am just so, so grateful that services such as this exist. THANK YOU to Dr. Kimberly Werner Billet!!!

Excellent services and effective and affordable treatment plan
If you have an insurance that doesn’t cover out patient services and you are hesitant to spend a fortune on a physical visit to a dermatologist then this is where you can get a treatment plan that is actually effective. The diagnosis was spot on and the treatment plan worked well. They even helped me get my prescription and the meds faster from my pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this website.

It was easy and simple. I stated my concerns and entered information that allowed me to matched with a dermatologist. Pictures were sent and confirmation of id is requested for verification purposes. A prescription was sent to my local walgreens. I am pleased.

My experience was awesome from start to finish. No hidden fees. My doctor replied very promptly and it was a personalized response...not just some generic copy/paste reply. My meds were sent to my pharmacy immediately and her treatment plan was spot on. Will be using again!
