My dog and I LOVE DOGTV. As I have had to go back to the office, we have both been dealing with separation anxiety, and at first I was leaving on YouTube videos for him... but they always shut off during the day. I couldn't rely on them. So I tried DogTV and that did the trick. They have great instructional videos for humans too, and I often leave the live channel on when I'm home as the music is really relaxing. Really recommended!
I was skeptical when I first tried the channel. But my dog enjoys it, and honestly, so do I. It's fun and relaxing. We watch together often. He even indicates that he wants DogTV on by booping me and the TV. He goes to puppy care during the week, but I will soon be cutting that down and will try leaving him home a couple days a week. We'll see how DogTV works for him then.
Last summer I received a complimentary 3 month subscription but I don't remember how or who from; however, I believe it was through my wireless phone provider. I have 3 large dogs who mainly stay indoors so I am always looking for ways to keep them entertained so I thought this would be perfect. Unfortunately, none of them seemed the least bit interested. As a result, I thought I cancelled the service shortly after signing up. Several months later (early December) I saw I had 2 months of service deducted from my bank account so I went online in an attempt to resolve the matter. After hours of searching I found instructions for cancelling the subscription and requesting a refund. However, there were at least a half dozen different ways to do this depending on how I signed up (Roku, website, app, Amazon, etc.). Since I didn't remember how, I was back at step one. The next day I found a link to request what looked like website support so I explained the issue but never saw a response. In early January I tried again and finally received a responsr confirming the subscription was cancelled but never addressed the refund. I responded to the email asking about the refund but again, no response. Finally I left a bad review on Google and only then did I get a email asking me about the review. I responded explaining the situation again but offoyrse no response. This week (end of January), I finally got an email from DogTV support denying my refund request because I waited too long! Totally unacceptable...
My 1 yr old Staffordshire terrier loves watching DogTv, she will sit for about 15-30 minutes and watch and listen , seems to keep her pretty chilled. So happy I subscribed for the year for her.
My package never arrived. There is only online customer service with no option for a missing package. Several emails back and forth and no one could understand or help. I had to contact UPS, file a claim and submit my receipts. What a pain. This should not be on the customer. Surely you can have a REAL PERSON to help in these situations that don't fit the online customer service options.

We love DOGTV!! We leave it on for our dogs while we’re at work and it provides a great sound and visual distraction for them. We even find ourselves watching it a lot too.
UPDATE!
Someone eventually saw one of my emails and sorted out the problem.
It’s frustrating, as I shouldn’t have had to send so many emails and messages, nor should I have had to contact my credit card company to raise a dispute, which I have now canceled.
For DogTV: I sent an email to your support team yesterday (as suggested in another customer’s complaint), but they did not respond. It was a different representative who picked up one of my other emails which was sent to a Vimeo address. Why don’t you make it clear to customers how to get in contact with the right person? And I still cannot get into my account.
Anyway, the link was finally sent to my daughter, thank you.
I just hope that I won’t be charged recurring subscription fees after the 3 and 6 month paid subscription ends.
I have sent DogTV several messages about my issue.
I bought a 3 month subscription for my daughter on 12/19/21, but unfortunately, I misspelt her email address. I wrote @gmal instead of gmail and she didn’t receive the link.
The service was due to begin the next day on 12/20/21.
I asked if they could alter the address for me and send her the link. They sent back an email asking me to verify my identity by providing the last 4 digits of the credit card used, which I did...I heard nothing!
I tried several times to log into my account and I even requested a link - twice - to reset my password... nothing was sent!
This might be enjoyable for our pets, but DogTV customer service absolutely sucks!!!
There is no way of speaking to anyone on the phone, so I might have to get my credit card company to deny payment. Why can't they get their act together... very frustrating!

I am unable to use the gift card I purchased and have not received a response back from anyone in customer service.

My dog is adjusting nicely to it. She still does like Disney animated movies, however.
My dog loves the programming on dogtv, and I love it too! We’ve watched some of the shows together, and the live feed is always on when she’s at home. The relaxation segments definitely seem to help, and she loves chasing the dogs and balls and such in the play segments. Great service for pups, especially if they have anxiety staying home alone.
I LIVE DOG TV AND, most importantly, my dog does!
But….
Terrible service including terrible customer service. I feel as though I was offered a bait and switch on Black Friday. I ende up having to spend $20 more for a deal I could’ve had earlier because customer service took over a week to get back to me. I’ve made my purchase a week ago and still heard nothing whether it’s going to arrive before Christmas. Quite frankly, DogTV has dropped the ball on holiday srrvice
