Great experience

Great experience. I dealt with a very helpful lady who aligned insurance cover for my new washing machine with an existing policy for my oven. All documents arrived by email very quickly as promised.

Plan expired for no apparent reason

I had a maintenance agreement which stated that it would continue for as long as I wanted. Somehow it expired at the end of the first year. I only noticed when the monthly direct debit was not taken as usual. I had been expecting a small increase in the monthly payments but the plan was allowed to expire without any notification to me. When I rang up to find out why the agent confirmed that I had not cancelled but could not explain why it had expired. Have set up a new one and will check carefully in a years time to make sure the same doesn’t happen again.

Delivery driver called in sick today

Delivery driver called in sick today, so I couldn’t get my old machine taken away and the new one installed.. it’s nearly 8weeks now without a washing machine.The machine I bought was less than 6months old, so between waiting on repair men, wrong parts ordered, machine not repairable now no delivery… your company is a disaster…
