I had a maintenance agreement which stated that it would continue for as long as I wanted. Somehow it expired at the end of the first year. I only noticed when the monthly direct debit was not taken as usual. I had been expecting a small increase in the monthly payments but the plan was allowed to expire without any notification to me. When I rang up to find out why the agent confirmed that I had not cancelled but could not explain why it had expired. Have set up a new one and will check carefully in a years time to make sure the same doesn’t happen again.

Delivery driver called in sick today, so I couldn’t get my old machine taken away and the new one installed.. it’s nearly 8weeks now without a washing machine.The machine I bought was less than 6months old, so between waiting on repair men, wrong parts ordered, machine not repairable now no delivery… your company is a disaster…
