I can only echo what so many others are saying: Avoid this company, they are appalling to say the least and Living Social / WOWCHER need to vet their Merchants !!!
If there was a Zero score I would have awarded that, as they are not worthy of One star !!

I wouldn’t give it any stars but have to give it 1 to be able to leave a review. Just received a "Chunky Knit Cardigan" that I bought through Wowcher. Shocking!!!! Cheap, itchy/scratchy "wool", shapeless, so very badly made.
I wish I could show photos on here of what I ordered and what I actually received, they bear no resemblance at all. I've taken photos anyway, and Wowcher should ashamed to be dealing with this company.

Please avoid this company. I bought the chunky knit cardigan without the chunky it was a total rag would be embarrassed to wear it, don’t even think a Charity shop would take it in.

Ordered boots, they sent wrong size. I had to pay £3.70 to return and when they refunded money took postage off again. Shocking service.

Ordered a green long cardigan via Living Social/Wowcher. Item has just arrived and it has a terrible damp smell, also sleeves way too long. Very disappointed with Living Social as they are clearly not vetting the sellers on their site!

Wowcher should be ashamed dealing with this cowboy company. Ordered XXL grey off shoulder knitted jumper. Received a dirty old rag, size xxxxs with no tags. I'm so disappointed

Purchased toothbrush heads almost a month ago, still have not arrived. Guess they wont now.
Sorry I didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing.
Won't be stung again.

I only gave 1 star as I couldn’t leave empty!! Utter sham. Like everybody else leaving reviews chunky knit cardigan was more like a washed out dishcloth!! Looks like I’ve lost my £18 as sent item back by signed and tracked return and even though a “person” with a signature of XP1 signed for the return I have not received my refund and surprise surprise they won’t answer my emails. Now with Wowcher who I recommend take this company off your site.

Just received a "Chunky Knit Cardigan" that I bought through Wowcher. Shocking!!!! Cheap, itchy/scratchy "wool", shapeless, more like size 16 than 12, more grey than black, so very badly made my daughter actually laughed when she saw it. I ordered a size 12 and received an XL. I wish I could show photos on here of what I ordered and what I actually received, they bear no resemblance at all. I've taken photos anyway and will be sending them to Wowcher. Disgusted. Wowcher should ashamed to be dealing with this company.
Update - The return address is local to me so to save time & money I went to the address to try and return the item in person. Situated in an industrial area the unit in question is all locked up with metal grills over the doors and windows and no evidence of use. There are no company signs or logos outside & no evidence of habitation. Given that the packaging of the cardigan itself indicates Asian origin it seems highly suspicious if you ask me.

Yes, I also got stung with the "chunky knit" cardigan. It is nothing like the pictures and sizing extremely poor. Put me off wanting to buy through Wowcher again if they can advertise shoddy goods.

Bought a so-called chunky cardigan.... this was the thinnest piece of crap, you could see through it! How it could have originally been £49.99 is beyond me.

Don't go near this company. I also have just received my so called chunky cardigan. I have never been so disgusted in a product. Cheap and nasty, now like 4 ply not chunky you can see through it. It is all out of shape, not the right colour, feels nasty

Absolute rubbish. Receive nothing like I ordered. Quality is none existent. Out of shape, looked like it had been in the spinner and pulled out of shape, as for chunky knit, i've got thicker t.shirts. Told to return, but I would have to pay, I refused as the item was not what I believe I ordered. They then agreed to refund my money and told to keep this so called chunky knit cardigan (which is only fit for the bin). Would never use these suppliers again or buy clothes from wowcher again as it seems they don't check suppliers products. Wish I read the reviews left by other buyers, the were spot on. Avoid like the corona!!

Just received my so called chunky cardigan bought through Wowcher and the quality is disgusting it looks like an old shabby cardigan, never worth the original cost of £49.99!!! There are no tags inside it and it is so thin. Do not buy off this company.

Shoddy goods! Nothing like the shown item. Cheap & nasty. Never worth price so scam as would never have been that expensive so no discount at all just ripping you off.

Bought a woolly (or so I thought) cardigan from the above company from a "deal of the day sales website similar to...". I laid it out on receipt and my husband thought I was disposing of an old rag. No more words needed. Cheap and nasty. Seams all sewn crooked, flimsy + u feel that it will pull a thread just by looking at it. So Domosecret is one secret I will not keep!

Absolutely shocking how they can advertise and illustrate one item then you receive it and it’s nothing at all like the picture or description!!! Would never order from these again and I had better get my money back !! Wish I could add a image of what was advertised to what was received!!

Absolutely shocking! Clothes are nothing at all like the adverts! Cheap rubbish! Steer clear and save your money

Cheap quality clothing, very badly made... I will not be returning to this shop
