Awful customer service. Bought an item via B&Q and it's faulty. It's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for the product to be collected and replaced.

A good company to deal with, my order was delivered within 2 days. There was a problem with the item, but the company arranged for a replacement without any hassle at all. The replacement was delivered to me 2 days later. I wish all companies were as helpful as this one.

Purchase from Domubrands if headaches and losing time and money is your favourite hobby.
Nothing but a group of bellends and money-hungry wet wipes. I won't bore you with the details, but the long and short is that they sent me an item (a set of drawers) that is unusable without an essential component that I only found out after we got halfway through putting it together. I hired a professional carpenter to put up the drawers for me. Even though faulty items are covered under consumer law, it is tiring and difficult to prove that they sent you incomplete/faulty items so I let it go and paid for the repairs. They will give you bad items (especially the flat-pack furniture) and will never, ever replace them. I've heard from others who've ordered at this company that they have done the same thing, and I suggest you really read the reviews. They're aren't a good company, despite the positive reviews.
The phone lines are always closed and customer services are useless and will give you the run around parroting the same information and not actually reading the information you sent to them so there's nothing but an endless back and forth and I'm tired of their nonsense.

Ordered a sander and paint stripper, the instruction manuals were sent via a link on the order confirmation, which is helpful. The sander arrived promptly but the paint stripper got lost/stuck with Evri. I informed customer services and they issued a new one, which arrived within 2 days. Very happy with the service, deducted a star due to the post package.

Ordered 2 Hudson Adirondack chairs. First of all, they arrived next day delivery, as stated.
Chairs are good. One was slightly damaged which could be solved by more robust packaging as have read a few reviews with similar experience. Sent email and photos to Vonhous / Domu. Prompt reply and arrangement of new chair dispatched quickly. Very good experience and good product for the money and would not hesitate in purchasing from them again.
