I have been waiting for my order over a month now, customer support don't bother to reply to my emails... It's a shame as I really loved the product and been shopping DS for the past couple of years. Not anymore

Absolute joke company. Ordered hoodie on the 12th September. Still not arrived. Reused to answer emails, DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR CASH. SCAM!

I can see a massive difference in this company - I wrote a review in Jan 2023 not faulting the company or service - I ordered 15 sept this year and still haven’t recieved the order - they responded to email on 30 sept saying they will sort it out - and I stop haven’t got the order- everytime I try to go on email address it is blocked and get an email delivery failure message. I love the products and have ordered many times, however I am left not knowing what is going on or if anything is going to turn up 5 weeks later still in the dark. I cannot believe the change in the company in all honesty.

Bought 3 hoodies and a T-shirt. After 2 weeks haven’t arrived, wrote to them that no longer require the order and ask for the money back. After an hour received email confirming order sent which arrived the next day. However, want to return the items as quality cheap and not what it’s used 2 be couple years ago. However, they blocked my emails and can no longer be delivered. Stay away and don’t waste time and money as the price is ridiculous considering the quality you get. Plus no chance to return and get a refund.

Ordered t shirts on the 4th September for a holiday I was going on on the 27th September and didn’t arrive. Still haven’t arrived now either. I’ve had one automated email sent on the 21st September to say they’re experience a delay and nothing since. Nobody even bothering to reply now either. Shame as I’ve bought from there a few times in the past and was all good but looks like they’ve completely lost it by the other reviews as well.

Bought 2 T-shirts they were too big organised an exchange, sent items back, proof of company receiving them. Did not receive exchanged items, contacted company on may occasions said someone will get back but they haven’t. Asked for a refund and now they have blocked all my emails and can’t get hold of anyone. Lost £55.15 don’t know how to get that back

Order placed early September no sign of order and emails are not being delivered.
Stay clear isn't worth the hassle SCAM

Same as everyone else, ordered 2 shirts at the beginning of September and no sign of it showing up. Have tried emailing however my last few emails have been ignored. Very disappointed

Ordered a t shirt a month ago. Never arrived. No reply to e mail or messages. Doesn't look good.
Have used them in the past without problems

Placed order 4 weeks ago had an email saying that due to high demand the shirt has been delayed. It seems that a lot of customers have had the same email.I have ordered from these twice before and the orders turned up on time. I’ve had a couple of replies to my emails now the response from Don Sucre has stopped all together. The last time I had a similar experience was with a company called French Crown clothing and in the end managed to get the money refunded through my credit card company. Looks like I will have to go down the same route. My advice would be to be careful when ordering from this company.

This company is a joke and surely can’t get away with just taking peoples money and ignoring your follow up emails you send asking where the item you bought is. How can you get a refund when the refund section asks for an order number which you don’t get. No contact number and when you do email the reply is automated and states someone will come back to you within 24 hours. I ordered a t- shirt on the 9th September and a month later and nothing. I have contacted my bank and reported this as fraud. Honestly a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade. I will get my money back one way or another and will keep going public to make as many people aware as I can to not go any where near this company as they are nothing more than criminals. The rating from me is no stars. Absolute Disgrace and I will not just sit back and allow this.

I ordered an item which was not delivered. After giving the company adequate time to rectify the issue I contacted their customer service team, who assured me they would deal with it. However three emails and a number of weeks later I have still not received the item, or any further correspondence from the company. Will not shop with them again.

Do not use. T shirt still not turned up and been charged. Will be contacting the bank to sort. No responses via email. Scammers

Ordered about 8 weeks ago, was supposed to be for holiday 21st September. have emailed so many times and just receive an automated reply, still no t shirt. Absolutely abysmal! Would like a refund but since no one responds its pretty difficult to find out how to do this!
Product is so good....everything else absolutely dreadful, such a shame!

Order placed 2nd September 2024 with 3-5 day delivery period and as of now I’ve contacted them every week explaining I’ve yet to receive my order, received contact on 5/09/2024 explaining order would be delayed as high level of orders then after numerous emails I was last contacted on 18/09/2024 to apologise and it would be dispatched ASAP and since then after sending numerous emails I have had no reply from them, no estimated delivery or offer of refund, this is a joke of CS and I would think carefully, in fact I just wouldn’t use this company again

Scam company . Took my money and never delivered the product . Customer service never replied

Ordered previously,never an issue ,ordered at the beginning of sept,still no sign of order despite contacting them and being told someone will contact within 24 hours, customer service absolutely disgraceful, a good brand being ruined by poor staff it would appear, honesty is the best policy

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and yet to receive dispatch conformation for an item which was in stock and supposed to be shipped in 5-7 days. Have tried to contact them for an update via email three times and Instagram twice with zero response. Absolutely shocking customer service. They were quick enough to take my money from my account though.

I have contacted you three times about a purchase I made but have never received, you have assured me you would sort it out but still nothing, love the brand but will certainly never use it again after this experience.

As with other reviews I am getting very worried I will never get my order and that Ive been scammed - despite having ordered from them successfully a year or so ago.
I have been waiting over a month for my order, I have had one email saying sorry for delay, but nothing since, and no-one answers my emails.
Such a shame as these are great original products!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
