Excellent bathroom refurbishments with Luke and James.
My experience with DPB has been excellent. They completed two bathroom refurbishments for myself.
From starting the job to finishing the job I found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Luke who completed the work with the help of James. I felt completely at ease after meeting Luke that I had made the right choice in selecting DPB to complete the work. The end result exceeded my expectations. His work ethic was outstanding as he set himself high expectations for completion of the job.
I would not hesitate in recommending Luke and DPB.

I had DPB Plumbing come and move a radiator for me. They were very professional. The price was fair and they arrived when arranged. The plumber they sent (Joe) was excellent. He was very patient as the job was a little more tricky than expected! Would definitely recommend. Very pleased.

At last a plumbing business that actually cares about their customers! Fast response to my request, a fair quote then the work completed quickly and efficiently. Joe fitted two new double radiators - great job and left the house really clean and tidy. Joe is a really pleasant, personable guy. Would recommend and will definitely use them again! Our experience with DPB company from start to finish has been exemplary. Nothing has been too much trouble from the office team to the on site plumbers . Would like to make a special thank you to Richard, Cooper and John who worked on site it was a pleasure to have them in the house . They did a superb job of the downstairs cloakroom and en-suite, very professional and tidy job. Would not hesitate to recommend .

Can only give this company a 5 star rating. As new customers we made an appointment to service our oil boiler, they confirmed the appointment, we received a phone call because they would be a few minutes late (collecting parts). Revisited the next day to replace a leaking filter, again on time. Danny was efficient and pleasant, as were the staff we talked to on the telephone. With emailed/text confirmations of appointments and invoicing, we were impressed with the efficiency of this company; so much so we have now joined their service plan. This is a company showing old fashioned values, while employing modern day technology. It makes a pleasant change to have a tradesman actually live up to their hype. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. The process of asking for and receiving a quote, to completion of the job was carried out in an efficient and friendly manner. The job consisted of replacing two radiators, fitting a replacement cistern pack to toilet, fitting mixer taps to kitchen sink and fitting isolation valves to the pipework. Rob who did the job was very friendly and helpful. He kept us informed at all times and cleaned up after each part of the job. On completion all rubbish was removed from the house.

We would certainly recommend DPB Plumbing for the quality of their work, and their friendly and efficient manner.

Cannot express what an amazing level of workmanship, communication that we received today when Danny and Joe installed a new LPG boiler in our static home.
The whole installation was exceptional from beginning to the completion. Danny and his team are so friendly, efficient and so professional, it was totally refreshing to have such a company within our property and made us feel relaxed and reassured.
