Excellent service all round, communication through the office is first class and the expertise of the field staff is exemplary.

We recently had Rob from Dpb plumbing around to do a full refurbishment for our bathroom to take out full bath suite and replace with walking shower and fit wet wall panels sink and toilet. And what a great job he has done we are so pleased with the finished job. I can't praise Rob and Dpb enough. From start to finish he kept me informed what was going on and tidy-up after each day. I am delighted with my recent bathroom refit, and have no hesitation in recommending DPB.
The whole team are professional and efficient, and from my first contact with the office team through to assessment, quote and carrying out the work, they were all interested in my project, and focussed on providing a quality service.
Luke carried out the work with thought and care at every stage. I liked that he talked to me every day about his work plan for the day, and it meant that when decisions had to be made it was easy to have those conversations and come to a conclusion. The finish is of the highest quality, and Luke is truly a craftsman. Because I was involved at every stage, I know that it's not just the bits on show that are high quality, but I am confident that every aspect of the bathroom build (which included plastering and a new floor) has been completed with care and attention to detail. Thank you to Danny and his team.

Amazing service, called up due to a leaking boiler, I am a new customer but they were able to provide a call out the same week, lovely engineers that were so helpful and the got the job done and dusted within an hour. I've even signed up to their gold plan so I am well covered moving forwards, can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of DPB I would highly recommended.

We were very fortunate to come across the company in June 2023 and would highly recommend them.
The call out in June 2023 was a boiler problem and was sorted the next day. Within that week two toilet cistern issues were sorted and the boiler was serviced.
At this time we were introduced to their Home Cover Plan, which we joined, to give piece of mind, if we had problems in the future.
Review today, because of a boiler issue, telephone call at 16:50 yesterday, arrived this morning at 10:15 and issue sorted.

Everyone we dealt with on the phone was very friendly and really helpful. We have just had a new bathroom fitted. Could not have more pleased with the end result. Worth every penny to have this high level of service and workmanship. Will definitely use again for an ensuite next year. Only in Yorkshire would you get a company of this quality and reliability.

Called DPB when I found water dripping through my bedroom ceiling. Service was incredibly quick, they arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Jamie quickly diagnosed and repaired a faulty ball valve in my loft. The overall service was wonderful from the moment my call was taken I felt I was in safe hands and that I was dealing with a professional company.

So good to find such a well organised company. We had a new boiler fitted and the process from initial fault diagnosis of the old boiler through to the fitting of the new one was seamless. Danny and Sean were excellent - knowledgeable, polite and informative. They arrived on time and kept us “in the loop” from start to finish. The standard of workmanship is excellent. As newcomers to the Scarborough area, we took a punt on using DPB, but they were definitely the right choice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Our full bathroom conversion, was completed on time & the end result is 1st class. I can recommend DPB Plumbing without hesitation. The lead bathroom man Rob is a 1st class tradesman, the guys assisting him are great too. All are very profession while working & very pleasant too. All left clean & tidy after every days days work too.
The bathroom was fully stripped back to brick, redundant pipework etc removed & insulated & boarded etc as well as a new ceiling, all walls fully tiled etc. New lighting & extractor fitted & lovely walk in shower, wash basin etc, plus separate loo. All went as planned & is working perfectly.
You get what you pay for, no doubt there could be some slightly cheaper options, but the 1st class work is certainly worth paying for.

Comany endorsed by checkatrade and trustatrader with excellent reviews. Big job involving new boiler, additional rads and overhauling existing ones plus other plumbing work. Had to be done at short notice and not straightforward. DPB had the capacity and expertise to take it on whilst other companies declined. Job was done within the required time frame and I am amazed at what 3 guys in 3 days can achieve. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend Dan and his team

DPB have serviced my boiler in the past and i've always been impressed with their punctuality, service levels and workmanship, so when i bought a house which needed a full central heating system they were the only choice for me. As always they arrived bang on time on the start date and finished on time 5 days later. I popped in to check on progress every day which was never an issue to them, the lads were always polite and helpful when i asked questions.
Danny Birley the owner has got it absolutely right with his business, great plumbers backed up by a brilliant team of ladies in the office. I would, and do, highly recommend them to everyone.
