Disgusted these crooks took £24 from me then proceeded to set up a subscription of £89 which my bank will not honour. Reading reviews now I'm not the only one scammed by this firm whose website jumped in front of gov.uk's!!! when one searches to renew a driving licence who also charge double for same process ....BEWARE

AVOID these scummy robbing people pretending to be DVLA .You have now put us is a bad financial situation. If you work for this company and you understand how they con people then your scum too

Didn't subscribe to anything...my partner wanted to renew his licence...used my debit card to pay £24..he then received a subscription email which he straight away cancelled...they said he would get refund back in July but no refund and now over 2 weeks later iv had £89 taken from my bank account..in process of emailing them...they keep asking for more details..I told them I want my money back as its theft...informed bank 2 weeks ago and they advised to get new debit card so how on earth they managed to get money from my new debit card is beyond me. The bank assured me this wouldn't happen but it has and now need to go to bank yet again to get this sorted...stress is an underestimate.

So after realising luckily before the 3 days was up that I'd been scammed I got in touch yeay more of my time wasted. Subscription cancelled. Just how they justify a subscription anyway defies me. Subscription for what exactly?
They also confirmed the they would refund the £44 and yes I did get back in touch like the automation reply to my last review said and no I've not received 1p from this shambles of a company.
How they could actually charge £10 extra for a 2 day turnaround when 1) they are asking for photos despite providing passport details (which the dvla) use anyway 2) the dvla themselves don't offer this service is beyond me.

Three days after taking £24 out of my account for my driving license renewal they then took £89 ( very small print) yet they came across as a very ligitimate company hiding behind the DVLA renewal forms .

Do now this lowlife company have all my private information as with everyone else’s who have used them .

Really do think the media need to pick up on this and make the country aware of them .

I have been scammed using this site my poor daughter got robbed and needed a replacement licence I thought I would do it for her and somehow came to Dr Admin site. Luckily my bank contacted me so they only managed to get the £30 payment BUT my daughter can not order a new licence via the legitimate DVLA site as it now doesn’t recognise any of her details I can only assume Dr Admin has changed them and have passed these on to use in some alternative fraud. To say Iam upset and worried is an understatement. Can anyone advise to what she can do trying to get through to DVLA to talk to someone is proving difficult.

I have contacted you on numerous occasions via this email and the telephone. Today a D1 form arrived that I have to send payment for which I could’ve got from the post office. I have contacted the DVLA shocker…… no application made. And I will be disputing the £30 charge you have taken from my account FOR WHAT ??? I have also reported the site to action fraud uk which tracks if someone uses your identity which they can probably do as I have over so many personal details and trading standards. I believe in Karma and what goes around comes around… good luck to whoever set the site up and works there.

My wife needed to renew her driving licence. She went to what she thought was the DVLA but was instead directed to this crew of scammers. We were then “billed” £89 a month as a subscription. After contacting the bank we put a stop to it.

This is a scam whereby “Dr. Admin” inserts itself between you and legitimate DVLA.

A lesson learned and a complaint to Trading Standards made.

Shocking and deceptive company - pretending to be DVLA and charged £44 plus £89 every 90 days. If you have been scammed by these people contact bank immediately to stop future payments. Also ensure that you contact dr admin within 3 days and cancel your transaction and ask to unsubscribe from any further subscriptions. Even then they they only refunded £34.

Stupid me went to renew my driving license today paying £24 .. all seemed legit with application form, I gave my passport details my driving license details and payment details. All verified with a payment verification and then it popped up at the end .. 3more payments subscribing to £89!!! Had to ring bank cancel my card but someone has all my personal details now… so mad with myself but more disgusted with whoever is scamming hard working people out of their money. I’m beyond furious!!!

Complete scam DO NOT USE !!!!!! They take £90 put your bank every 3 months .. there's no customer service and no way to cancel this apart from going through your bank!

VERY VERY misleading payment system scam for renewing Driving licence. Very purposefully designed so that 1 You don't know who DR admin are until they appear on your bank statement. (Consumer is 'purposefully' decieved into thinking they are on .gov ) 2. DR admin 'hide the text' about you agreeing to subscribe and pay £89 / 3 months deep inside their dodgy disclaimer. (this is a breach of consumer rights protection as all payments should be set out clear and in bold on first page) 3 They are somehow creating links directly from the DVLA without gov approval. 4 When you request a refund they ask you to promise not to litigate before agreeing!!! 5. They are registered in UK company house but their financial activities do not seem to be in this country. I have sent details fo 2 directors, Paul Richard and
EL-DALY, Ibraheim Talat to BBC watchdog / Martyn Lewis as unfortnuately trust pilot is redundant when company name is not known during transactions.

Complete scam. Stole £89 from me as they are disguising themselves as the DVLA official website.

When completing license renewal, I inadvertently signed up to dr admin services at £89 every three months. They claim this is made clear in the small print under the terms and conditions. They know exactly what they’re doing. Scammers.

I would put a zero if I could. Paid extra £10 to get my driving licence done quicker as needed it ASAP, only to find they take another £89 every 90 days which is in the small print. Stay clear do not use this company

Searched ‘Update my driving licence address’ and they were the first to pop up - stupidly just went with it and thought it was genuine renewal website (also renews my pensioner fathers license). 3 days later £89 is taken from my account, I’m told it states it in T&Cs (I did it again to check and it’s so tiny and completely hard to find, unless you scroll past the tick box and first statement of T&Cs - so incredibly deceptive).
I’ve gone back and forth with them, been told I could cancel my subscription within the 3 days to not be charged. However on no email did it mention I’d signed up to a subscription and will be charged, nor tell me, THEIR customer how to cancel. Furthermore, I’ve create an account off the back of their email and you can’t even cancel via their website you have to email them and I only know that because I’ve been charged and had to ask them 5 times how to cancel.
Fundamentally I’ve told them that UK law States that I have 14 days NOT 3, and they’ve come back and said they’ll give me £60 but before they process I need to confirm this will stop any ongoing disputes with the bank - so they know they’re doing something wrong and I am going to get my money back through them!
ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS!!
UPDATE: I pushed Back, told them I’d report them for fraud to the Insolvency Service via gov got a full refund. DON’T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

Dr admin are certainly good at their admin; steeling money by hiding behind a government website!
I used the dvla gov.com website to change the address details on my drivers licence. And then seemingly subscribed to a dr admin who have been taking £89 out of my account ever since!
I called my bank who have now blocked future payments and they are currently investigating the activities of this company.
I won’t be getting a refund for the last 3 payments but at least future payments have been stopped.
Looking through the reviews below I see that they are also cheating their own stars by putting 5 star reviews using the same text, what a joke lol.
Advice for Anyone else’s who have been snared by these crooks, call your bank and report them!

Very deceptive Company. Pretence of being the official DVLA site by using the same background/typography as .gov.uk
Charge £89 for a service that is free from Governmentwebsite. Avoid..

I have to say, although this is a legitimate company
They operate in a very misleading manner, I visited this website mistaking it for the DVLA.

Which could easily be done as they have clearly paid to be the first thing you see, when you complete a google search.

Then have deliberately set there website up with a striking resemblance to the DVLA with the same colour scheme to.

Not to mention well placed, legal information and T&C at the bottom and top of the application screen. Just out of site for mobile user.

Further to this the application boxs themselves are just above their disclaimer so it can be easily missed when you click continue.

You may not notice until checkout, that you haven't been using the DVLA website, but of course by this time it's to late.

You've paid and Inadvertently enrolled into a subscription which will take £89 within 3 days, if by this point you've still not notice their T&C or disclaimer.

To top it off, there no support/help page of the main site you submit you application on.

It's worth noting if you manged to miss all of the above and check-out, the odds are by the time you find/contact their support team. They will have already forwarded you details onto the DVLA, hence completing their service. Therefore invalidating any refund you may request.

I would avoid this company at all costs. Although they may be legitimate they practice bad ethics! Especially when it comes to treating customers fairly.

I will most certainly be reporting them and would advise anyone who encounters similar issues to do the same.

Scam on a 16 year old refund my money now

It’s a SCAM I tried to renew my drivers licence, somehow when I was paying for my license these guys took £24 plus a few days later £89 I have reported them to the fraud team with my bank
