SCAMMERS and ROBBERS!!! I only wanted to renew my driving licence but got SWINDLED out of £89 after NOT signing or subscribing to anything. They've refunded £60 but I want my £29 back too, so trying to sort it. Dr Admin, leeches and parasites - it has to be illegal, anyone who works for them has to have little or no morals!!!

Another innocent victim of this scamming low life company. All I wanted was a new 10 year driving licence costing £24. But after 3 days they took £89 of my card saying I’d took out a subscription with them. The subscription doesn’t had up to nothing it’s worthless doesn’t make sense and NOT needed.
Fight for your money back cancel your bank card and in ten years time don’t even look at this company.
Wouldn’t even rate 1 star for this company it’s a joke pinching peoples hard earned cash over night

I wanted to renew my driving licence. I was directed to this site, which is never heard of. The cost of licence renewal is £14, yet dr-admin has charged me £24. And yesterday dr-admin attempted to take another £89 from my account. Avoid using them at all costs. 80% one star reviews says it all.

The apparently applied for my driving license which has not been the case and had to pay again with DVLA. They had the cheek to take £89 out my account telling me rubbish its for some subscription I never signed up to. This does not comply with UK consumer law.
You have a 14 day cooling off period.
Although their practice is not illegal it is clearly catching people out.

Applied for driving licence in Feb and paid via debit card on line. These SCAMMERS have since deducted £89.00 3 times from my bank account.
I have contacted my bank and have asked them to STOP any further payments these scammers try to take.
I have also requested my family solicitor to contact these scammers with a view to suing them for illegal deductions, costs, and distress and anxiety caused.
Be very wary of these scammers.

This company are beyond words scamming…
This company are beyond words scamming honest people. Why is this allowed to happen. As with other people I thought I was applying for my grandson’s provisional license and paid £34 to what I thought was the DVLA. It was this company who took my money and then tried to take another £89. Luckily I check my account and called the banks fraud department. They have cancelled the £89 and I now have to try and get my £34 back so I can apply for my grandson’s license again. I am beyond angry and upset by this. Be very careful.
