Bunch of crooks
How I got involved with this bunch of crooks, I have no idea. As far as I was aware I was applying for my son's provisional license through the government.uk website and not a third party. Thankfully it was Barclays who flagged the £89 as potential fraud so I was able to stop the subscription, still down £89 though! Asked for their complaints policy and the url of the website I used for the application. Still waiting...

An absolute disgrace - £89 every 90 days!
An absolute disgrace. A company associated with a government organisation tricking customers into an £89 quarterly subscription for services they don't want and never intended to sign up to is just disgusting!
I applied for a replacement driving license and paid the £30 fee for this. This was all I expected to pay for a new license. However later £89 was taken from my account and I was wold I have signed up to a quarter subscription for other Dr Admin services that I absolutely don't want or need! The DVLA should be equally held to account for allowing this company to do this.
When I called Dr Admin to query the £89 charge, I was told it was very clear on the driving license replacement application form and that I have to pay it! If it was so clearly stated, I obviously wouldn't have agreed to pay £89 per quarter for just replacing my driving license.
I have obviously cancelled my subscription immediately so no further £89 go out every 90 days!
Absolutely disgraceful!

Vile PEOPLE I had the same thing happen to me I orderd my provisional on the 19th September case anyone noticed in 4 days that’s a whole month still no provisional some “service” ayy well worth the £89 buy your self a pair of shoes guys to think they only have to do this to 10 people and they’ve got £1000 🤮 did try emailing to get my money back but some 🐕 called Margret said no because of the whole you no what your signing up for and now it’s resulted in my bank being shut down so not like I’m going to be seeing that money again shocker I left a heavyy review last week which was miles long and they’ve delted it as I’ve just came on and was trying to find what I said and it’s vanished but It was there the other day so whoever deleted my review why’s that? Can’t handle the truth 🤣🤣so upto now guys it’s been a month on the 19th I’m down £150 still no provisional and still can’t rap my had around how these people justify charging you nearly £100? *update re reply below: NO I didnt go via your website to renew. I entered DVLA renewal in the search engine, and your website is a sort of DVLA clone that comes first in the search. It's like an ambush. The process isn't clear about not being DVLA and about the subscription at all, hence so many complaints below, and it is deliberately deceptive.
Constant replies of apologies from the 'company' below continues the scam, taking money from innocent, often poorly paid, honest people. Zero morals. No refund from them even though just 5 days into supposed 3 month subscription (deliberately unclear and deceptive), and have reported to the bank, DVLA, the police/fraud website and everyone I know.

Reading these reviews on here has urged me to start complaining to watchdog!
My daughter also used these as they appeared to be being helpful running her provisional licence through by fast track!
Again no contact by email until the day of trying to take £89 out of my account!! I did not authorise this.
The email was sent to my daughter not me. So I had no idea of a subscription!
The subscription is now cancelled and I'm in dispute with this . My bank is on board 🙌
So watch this space!
Dr Admin are not clear and upfront.
As I see it they know that most teenagers wouldn't look into the ins and outs of what they are signing up for! Where as I would!

This company seems to be a SCAM! I lost my driving licence and I thought that I had applied to DVLA to get another one. However, it was effectively ambushed by Dr Admin who debited by bank £89 and then subsequently signed me up as a client and charged me another £20 for their non-existent service

SCAM SCAM SCAM - i've asked for a driving licence replacement that's all, realised there was an £89 subscription fee and cancelled it. Only to find out two weeks later they've still taken the money. I paid £24 for the Admin support, then £89 for the subscription so overall it's cost £113 for the service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. i'm not reaching out to the Ombudsman - this can't be right with the amount of comments and complaints raised.
i'm replying to the response which i find astonishing - i asked for admin support for a driving licence - that's all, DR Admin know and everyone else reading this knows you don't always read the full print. To be totally clear i had no idea i would end up paying £89 plus a the £24 for the initial service. I realised 2 days later and asked for the the money back due to it being a genuine mistake. I'm still waiting - the subscription has been cancelled and i'm still trying to understand why i've paid £89 and what it's for - for 2 or 3 days before it was cancelled. We all have consumer rights and there is a 14-day cooling off period with the view of paying a refund if you cancel. i made it very clear i did not want the subscription and only wanted the admin support for the driving licence. Pay back the £89!!!!

Renewed my driver license, which was only £24 then all this £89 payment taken out without my consent, DVLA need to sort out this, this is totally unacceptable, this third party making this subscription charge.

Applied for provisional licence for my daughter on what we thought was the Gov.uk website only to find today that £89 has been taken from my credit card on some sort of subscription, on top of a £34 fee for the licence.
Have cancelled the reoccurring payments with my bank and I am now going to fight for a refund from this scummy thieving company.
DVLA you need to sort this. People think they are on the correct website.

Dreadful company.
My 16 year old grandson thought he was applying for his first provisional driving licence online. Like other victims on this site Dr-Admin took £44 from his bank account and then three days later took another £89 for a ridiculous subscription he did not want or need. I complained to Dr Admin who refused a refund.
After numerous complaints to the bank asking for a refund without success I trawled through Dr Admin's terms and conditions.
Under section 2.(1) of their Supply of Services it states that customers have to be 18 and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
I used this evidence to make an official complaint to the bank who then disputed the payments and £133 was paid back to my grandson's account with another £30 by way of an apology.
I now intend to complain to the police and trading standards about Dr-Admins illegal trading practise where they take advantage of children!

100% FRAUD! My daughter applied for her provisional driver license online and thought that she was on the official DVLA website. It turned out she wasn't and she had unwittingly signed up to Dr Admin and has been charged over £120. They have provided no service to her and are refusing a refund.
I am sure that like other reviews, Kelly will thank you for my review and say how sorry she is that my daughter was not satisfied with the service offered. That is not good enough. If the Directors of the company have any integrity, they will offer full refunds without hesitation in these circumstances.

I lost my wallet and needed to order a new driving licence which costs £20. Fair enough - my mistake. I inadvertently ended up on this third party website and paid my £20, only to then have a further £89 taken from my bank account for legal services and apparently as part of an ongoing subscription I had signed up for. All news to me! I called Dr Admin and was told they won't refund me so I made an official complaint and received the same answer. Steer well clear. I am seeking further assistance.

Edited to add, when my husband called to ask why he had been charged £10 when he first did it, and explained he didn't need their help, why did someone not say, do you realise you've signed up for 3 days free and will then be charged £89? Oh , of course they wouldn't.
Husband was renewing his (free)driving licence and somehow ended up paying £10 for it. He called and was told there was nothing they can do so he accepted that he had to pay. He's just noticed now that there is a cost of £89 going through our bank!! He's called again and has been told that he signed up for a 3 day free trial. No he didn't!! He's managed to get them to cancel the subscription but they're saying the £89 is non refundable!!
We have emailed and they asked for more information but then just give the generated reply of you agreed to it!! I've yet to find anyone who has wanted to use this "service". I think everyone needs to go very loud and public.

Unfortunately like all the other reviews my daughter who's 16 applied for her provisional drivers license online. She's not familiar with what gov website would actually look like anyway as its the first time she's used it.They too £44 which we thought was about the right price so didn't question it. She didn't have the £89 in her bank account for them to take 3 days later. However she's recently started her first part time job and as soon as she got paid they took the £89. I feel sick that they've done this to her. Obviously we contacted the bank and they've stopped any further payments, were now trying to get the money back through the bank. its a total SCAM but its written in the small print regarding the £89, so Im not sure she has a case fr a refund? Has anyone been refunded through their bank? this should have been shut down by the police.
