Ordered some predators for spider mite, sadly they had mostly all died in transit due to extreme temperatures and were not effective, dragonfli upon hearing the tale of woe sent another batch as soon as they had them. The predators worked extremely efficiently and I would say definitely more effective than spraying my peach tree, they remain slider mite free and now very happy. It’s a no-brainer, if u have spider mite infestation in the glasshouse this is the one!

Three months in and I think, finally, I'm winning. Before Dragonfli, I'd tried a professional pest company (extremely expensive and ineffective), moth bombs, sprays, moth traps - some with a little more success than others but nothing seemed to radically reduce the recurrence of the ever-hungry carpet moths. Having read about Dragonfli's nematodes in the press I gave them a go and the moths are very nearly gone. I'd say that you have to be prepared to invest for three or four months, but when I think of what I have spent over the past three years, this is well worth it because IT WORKS!

Ordered nematodes, gel and sprayer. Got everything except the most important thing, the nematodes. When i tried too contact them i found out they didn't take calls except too place orders and i would have too raise the issue of a shortage by email. I did this and received an automated response telling me i may have too wait up too five days for a response. One star for poor picking and packing and follow on customer service.

I have been using Dragonfli’s Roots Boost for a number of years now in my last two gardens and don’t plant anything without using it.

I am very pleased with the product and Dragonfli have always been very helpful and prompt.

Dragonfli is the answer with their nematodes. They worked immediately. Having used them for years I now hate to use chemicals.

I’m so delighted with my sachets of amblyseius andersoni! I bought them a few weeks ago, followed the simple instructions and I haven’t seen any gall midge damage on my fuschias. Last year I thought I’d never get rid of the problem. I will definitely be buying more products from this company.

Noticeably fewer moths
It's a little early to tell quite how effective this treatment is being, as I've only been using it for 3 weeks. Everything arrived very promptly and the pheromone traps were easy to set up. To date, they have caught two moths each. I've placed the wasp sachets in the two rooms most affected, and whilst initially I was still finding and killing about 4 moths a day in the top room, this has gone down to about 2 and there are definitely fewer elsewhere. Once the 4 weeks are up, I'll replenish the traps at 6 weeks and see if I need to reorder the wasps.

We have used the micro wasp packs to eradicate our moth problem. Since using them I have seen only 2 moths- it’s working!!

Great product, worked with only 2 applications

Used the boxes with combination with thrip killers and it worked a treat. My plants are once again pest free and it couldn't have been easier. Thank you Dragonfli!

The response of Dragonfli is always fast and helpful. I used the Amblyseius Andersoni Predatory Mite Sachets on my garden fuchsias, after removing the early signs of attack by the fuchsia gall mite, and they're looking fresh, strong and healthy. I've just ordered replacements, as recommended, and hope to keep the plants free from this pest this year.

Initially ordered nematodes which went out of stock. Swift refund then a follow up contact when they came back in stock. They did initially work very well. However, after a few weeks slugs returned. I contacted Dragonfli and within minutes offered to send out replacement. Brilliant service, very responsive and good selection of pest control, delivered swiftly and any errors corrected straightaway.

I used a 4 week subscription in my greenhouse and it has got the whitefly under control - what a relief! It is just so annoying that the cost of the postage makes it such an expensive procedure 😠. Not Dragonfli’s fault though!
Having now seen a vine weevil in the greenhouse, I am now trying a single course of vine weevil nematodes. Hopefully just as much a 5* experience 🤞

Excellent products which make looking after plants and getting rid of pesky pests perfectly possible. There is a solution to every pest we have encountered in our plant houses and they work. So you can keep your garden and your house green with a clear conscience!

So far so good but it’s early days and time will tell but I haven’t come across many moths since deploying these wasps a couple of months ago. Certainly down on this time last year.

Good service, easy to use. Impossible to know if the observed reduction in moth numbers caught is down to the wasps, but it stops me having to use insecticide.

I purchased a pheromone trap, and nematodes to try to get ahead of our "friends" the box tree moth. The nematodes treatment does seem to have halted the caterpillars invasion for now, and i am impressed with this.
I have had little success with the pheromone trap, but the company have been brilliant, even sending a replacement lure. Can't fault them, and i will be back again....already a repeat customer

First time using Dragonfli to order nemaslug, it was initially out of stock but I was kept up to date re when new stock had arrived and it was with me the next day once it was. Excellent customer service and a happy gardener now my Hostas are slug free! Would be happy to visit again when I need to top up.
