I absolutely was surprised of how easy it was to do the sleep study and the knowledge of the physician, I highly recommend this service , if you’re somewhat suspecting of a sleep disorder, I suggest you contact this company and use them. They will not make you feel anything but cared for.

The Sleep device is extremely easy to attack and getting it turned on, and it did not at all disturb my sleep. My counselor, Caridad Rodriquez explained the process to me very well, and answered questions I had that made me feel comfortable.

Good initially- not good at the end
The initial steps were fine. The first eval was fine. The study was easy. The follow up appointment was simple. However, now that I am to the point of deciding treatment the wheels have come off. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for two days. No response. I cannot access my report because the app crashes constantly.

Easy and informative
The online meeting with the nurse practitioner was great. I learned about some new tools and got to do my sleep study at home, which was so nice. The service, tools, and the ease of doing the sleep study were great!

A Smooth Operation
My first encounter with Dreem was a telehealth phone call with my nurse practitioner. She deftly handled my questions and put me at ease with her natural conversation style.
Within a couple of days, I received my sleep study hardware and instructions. I was able to follow the instructions and complete the study without a hitch. Dreem has implemented the technology to execute flawlessly with simplicity for the patient. Everything has gone smoothly and more easily than I expected.

Delightful Digital Dreams
The whole process was frictionless and amazing. The digital experience enhanced the engagement by guiding the customer through a specific and easy to understand journey.
