Delightful Digital Dreams
The whole process was frictionless and amazing. The digital experience enhanced the engagement by guiding the customer through a specific and easy to understand journey. The providers were engaging and brilliant. The device was surprisingly unobtrusive and the shipping was super smooth. This is how healthcare should be managed when you do not have to be in-person!! Overall great experience
The whole process was very easy and it was nice to not have to be hooked up to all kinds of wires and stuff. Karen was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the adhesive for the sensor irritated my skin and I had a red mark after removing it.

Five Stars!
Both the human and digital interfaces are great as was the one day device that enabled me to keep my beard!! Brandi, in particular, was incredibly helpful, explaining options and the recorded sleep data. Should I need followup at some time, I will definitely contact her again!

Dreem is prohibited from prescribing standard sleep medicine medications (xywav, modafinal, vyvanse, waxix, etc.).
It was very easy to schedule an appointment and my practioner was very knowledgable. My issue is that Dreem markets itself to help people with sleep issues/disorders, Usually, these patients require special medication that often involve meds like vyvanse and adderral. The practictioner made it clear at the beginning of the call that Dreem is unable to prescribe these medications. How can they market themselves as as sleep medicine doctors - yet they are unable to prescribe the very types of medicine sleep disorders require? Again - very nice and professional - but a complete waste of time if you are looking for help with a true sleep disorder.

Sleep study made easy!
The sleep test was so easy compared to the one I had 15 years ago. The follow up with the Nurse was a very pleasant and informative process. I highly recommend Dreem Health Sleep!

The process took over 6 weeks, they dont answer the phone most of the time AND to be especially rude they are charging me for a second test without disclosing it would be an additional fee. Not paying that charge. Lousy service

Dr Andrea has been very easy to work…
Dr Andrea has been very easy to work with and full of helpful information. I appreciate that she was willing to talk over different interventions for my sleep apnea, not just push a CPAP.
I was not crazy about the app, but am learning to work with it. We did decide to go with a CPAP and Dr Andrea said that I would be hearing from a company about that--but I am unsure which company, how they will contact me and how long it will take.
