Overall would have been a five but had to deduct a point because the Drench universal waste broke almost immediately. Everything was fitted by a very experienced and qualified plumber, his opinion and ours is that the cloakroom basin, taps and vanity unit are all very good quality but the universal waste quality is very poor. Even though our whole cloakroom is brand new this week we are now left having to source a replacement before we can use the facilities. Delivery was good.

Ordered a recessed sink which arrived very quickly unfortunately although it was just what we had been looking for it wasn't suitable for the space we had.

Beautiful high quality mixer shower.
I was looking for a copper coloured mixer shower for my en-suite as the new sink unit has a brushed copper tap. I was drawn to Dench as the customer reviews were excellent and the shower came with a life- time guarantee. What’s not to like?
The order online was simple and swift, communication was excellent and delivery was super fast. I have to say, the shower was exquisitely packed and the quality is superb! The colour of viper is beautiful and matches the tap perfectly. I love it! The price was brilliant too. I wouldn’t hesitate from purchasing from Drench again.

Great sales - poor aftercare for spares
Great sales support when ordering and delivery.
However having issues sourcing replacement parts (as recommended by the manufacturer). Given they do not stock spare parts trying to liaise via Drench is proving difficult even after our fitter had spoken to manufacturer direct and was told what is needed to rectify a fault.

Unfortunately the bath panel and end…
Unfortunately the bath panel and end came severely damaged. After waiting a long 11 days I think. So disappointing. Originally thinking the courier damaged them. It was apparent after opening fully that the worst damage must have been sent out with it. Ive since ordered from victorian plumbing and got a perfect set that was packaged correctly and a a lot cheaper on delivery in 2 days. So my experience has been bad. I will say Drench customer service were very good and fast with my refund and collection of the damaged panels. So, its all a shame that this happened. But I wouldn't order again from them. But top customer service

Im having difficulty with Evri, the courier used by Drench. My package may have been lost according to Evri’s chatbot, with little information or resolution. However, I contacted Drench directly today and they have given me a full breakdown of where my package is and when it is due to be delivered from their tracking system. Mine gives me limited information now. I am so impressed yet again with the customer service that Drench provide and this has made me feel less stressed about my goods!
