Good website, generally good customer service
It is always easy to find relevant products via the website, and easily compare specifications and prices. Delivery of larger items is usually very quick; I recently had to order a replacement shower riser which we'd broken, and that took nearly a week to arrive, even though I paid extra for 'next working day'. Overall, though, I would recommend Drench, we have used them for both our bathroom renovations, and the chat with advisers is always helpful.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Any issues we had with the unit were resolved incredibly quickly—twice—and with complete professionalism. When the replacement bathroom cupboard unfortunately arrived damaged (likely due to mishandling by the courier), the customer service team immediately arranged another replacement with no questions asked.
I was genuinely impressed by how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. It’s rare to experience this level of care and efficiency. Absolutely outstanding service—I’ll definitely be returning to shop here again!

Poor customer service
I attempted to contact Drench’s customer services/sales team through multiple channels but never received an answer. They did not respond to messages I left out of hours or to an email asking for help to find a replacement toilet seat for the Drench Lorraine toilet I bought from them 3 years ago. After a week I called within working hours and got through to a sales person who told me that Drench no longer stocked my toilet (despite it being on the website) and they didn’t know if they sold the toilet seat separately. The put me through to customer services, who were not available and never called me back. Eventually through some digging myself on the Drench website I identified a toilet seat that I hoped would fit my loo (fortunately it did) but it will put me off buying anything substantial from Drench again as the customer service was so poor.
