Absolutely in love with both dresses!

Absolutely in love with both dresses!
The blue dress is effortlessly elegant—perfect for both daytime outings and evening events. The color is rich and flattering, and the fit is just right.
The light green dress is fresh and breezy, with a soft, flowy feel that screams spring vibes. It’s light, comfortable, and makes me feel radiant every time I wear it.

Do Not Recommend

I usually don’t leave reviews but I feel like I have to because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

If I could, I would give this website 0 stars. I ordered 2 dresses in size Xs. Both dresses were too big and way too long, like at least 69 inches long (5’9), which doesn’t make sense at all considering this is for a petite size. On their website they state to leave room for 0.4"–1"difference due to manual measurement, but these dresses were way too long for this to have been a small mistake. To add to this, the material was very cheap and poor quality. One of the dresses was white, and it was literally see-through. I obviously did not want to keep these dresses so I emailed them requesting a return and they approved of it…

They waited until last minute to send me the recipient and return address, which turned out to be located in China. They informed me in the email that I was in charge of shipping costs and that I needed to provide a tracking number to them once I shipped it. Since they are located in China I knew this would be a bit pricey but I needed my refund and I couldn’t do anything with these hideous dresses so I continued with the process anyways. The cost without the tracking number actually wasn’t bad, but when I asked to include the tracking number as dresslova requested, the cost was much higher. At this point I was already annoyed because the price I paid for shipping costs alone was more than half of the price I paid for the 2 dresses. It was expensive and I don’t even think I should have been the one to pay for shipping costs because they’re the ones who sent me defective dresses. The dresses arrived to them around 3 weeks later but it was a weekend so I had to wait until Monday for them to email me back.

I was then issued my “refund”, which I noticed had a $30 deduction, not including shipping because I knew that the shipping fee was my responsibility. It turns out that they issued me a partial refund due to them deducting a $20 customs fee and a $10 logistics fee that I was not informed of. They did not mention that there would be extra fees I would have to pay even after returning the dresses to them.

I have been nothing but nice to them, communicating efficiently and following all of their instructions. I emailed them and told them my situation on how I literally spent more money on the return than I spent on the dresses alone and that my partial refund is completely unfair. The only thing they could offer to compensate me with is “20% off your next order”.. absolutely not. Firstly, I explained to them that only 20% off is disrespectful considering all that I went through. I don’t understand how they think 20% makes up for anything. And secondly, I can’t even buy from this store again even if I wanted to because they don’t even offer my normal size.

I’ve been emailing them non-stop, back and forth emails about how I’ve spent way too much money on these dresses and I basically got no money back. I was only told that the shipping fee was my responsibility. I lost more money than I received and they were not being understanding of this at all. I’ve been emailing them for days kindly requesting that they compensate me with my full refund. They’ve only apologized and said that “it cost a lot to send you the dresses”. So here I am, with neither dress in my possession and nearly $100+ lost.

Another thing that I would like to point out about this brand, is that literally all of their reviews are either fake or paid reviews. I came across their instagram a few days ago and to my surprise, I could find all of the positive reviews with images for both dresses uploaded on their page as collab posts. Same with their tiktok, when I search up dresslova review, it’s just a bunch of girls with affiliate codes that pop up.

Clearly, this has been a very frustrating experience for me. This brand needs to have more transparency, especially to their international buyers. They lack transparency and professionalism so due to those reasons, I will never be purchasing from here again.

I recently ordered clothing from…

I recently ordered clothing from Dresslova.com, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The item I received looked nothing like the photo online — the color was noticeably lighter and much duller. Even worse, the material felt extremely cheap and rough against the skin, nothing like what was described or shown.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to initiate a return, they refused to cover the shipping costs—even though their own return policy clearly states that the company is responsible for shipping fees if the product is defective. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I expected better transparency and accountability from an online retailer. I will not be ordering from Dresslova again, and I recommend potential customers proceed with caution.

Omg worst purchase ever!

Omg worst purchase ever!! Spent £85 pounds on an outfit that looks worst than any cheap outfit I bought from any website .
That quality looks so cheap. I was so excited waiting for this outfit and the moment I saw it, wow a big disappointment looks nothing like the picture when I send them email and whatsup they were asking for pictures and I been told that they will not pay the customs I have to declare I have to pay for shipping for outfits I have to pay 5$ customs and so much headache please don’t fall for there video and pictures which they have on their website and instagram account it’s nothing like that the quality is so poor and rubbish

Omg worst purchase ever!

Omg worst purchase ever!! Spent $70 dollars on an outfit that looks worst than any 20 dls outfit I bought from Shein.
That quality looks so cheap. I was so excited waiting for this outfit and the moment I saw it, wow a big disappointment looks nothing like the picture and also on the picture has a tie and the this doesn’t come with the outfit.
I send them an email asking for a return label or my money back and they haven’t even replied back.

Never going to buy from them again.

If i could give them less than a star i definitely would ! The fabric is absolute shit has nothing to do with the one in the photos! And i ordered two sizes larger than my size according to their size schedule but it came out tight on me ! I tried to return it but unfortunately missed the allowed time for returning so i got to see this shitty fabric set in my closest until i could give it to someone else.

Most customers are very satisfied with the fabrics after receiving them. As for the size issue you mentioned, each piece of clothing is measured manually and there may be an error of 2-3 cm. I think it is impossible for the error to exceed two sizes. If it is true as you said that the fabric is so rubbish that it is not worth one star, and the size is too small for you to wear, you should think of a refund first. How could you miss the refund time? We have encountered many customers who accidentally damaged their clothes after a few months and then framed us for poor quality😭. Please don’t treat us like this. It’s not easy to make money.😭

I am attempting to return a purchased item. I have emailed this company several times requesting a return/refund with no response. How long does it take for this company to reply? There site state to request a refund by email that they listed. Is there any other way to reach out to this company? They state 14 days from receiving order. I will just notify my CC company.

never buy from their website, it is very difficult to return and get your money back. Same quality as Shein, Nidu can buy from Shein instead.

Worst shopping experience ever

Worst shopping experience ever. I ordered three dresses, and the first package arrived with only two—one of which was damaged. I requested a refund, and after waiting for over a month, they finally processed it but deducted the shipping fees, even though their return policy clearly states that a full refund is given for damaged items, with no shipping fees deducted.

As if that wasn't bad enough, over two months later, the third dress still hadn't been shipped. When I requested a refund because the shipping deadline had passed (by more than a month), they again deducted the shipping fees, even though they admitted the item hadn’t been made yet!

This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I would never recommend this store.

I bought a skirt set and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Nice and soft material and it’s true to size. I’m a uk 16 and bought a XL and its suits perfectly. If you want a bit loose go for one size bigger. Nice costumer service as well.
Will definitely order more from them.
