Not reliable!!
Not reliable!!! Worst experience ever. I called the driver as instructed, after arriving at the Düsseldorf airport, and I was informed that someone will arrive in 30 minutes. I waited 35 and called again, and I was told that someone will arrive in 20 minutes. I ended up taking a taxi to the parking. This is a scam!!!! Waste of money and time.

Scam – do not trust this company! (Reservation: 26DB5M3)
This is by far the worst parking experience I've ever had. The location was completely unmarked, no signs, no staff, no instructions. I lost so much time trying to find the right place that I MISSED MY FLIGHT. All because of their incompetence.
Customer service? Absolutely terrible. No one answers the phone, email replies are generic or nonexistent, and they take no responsibility whatsoever. I contacted them multiple times asking for a refund – of course, I got nothing. No help, no apology, and no refund.
My reservation number was 26DB5M3 in case they pretend this never happened.
This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and possibly fraudulent. I will report this to the relevant authorities, and I strongly warn others to stay far away from this service.

It is really annoying to have all the dates and hours selected for the particular airport and after you decided to login to your account and ... voila you are presented with tens of parking lots, which does not ring a bell at all, no date, no hours and complete mess. Please, fix your website!

Unacceptable Service!
I had booked a parking spot for April 18 - April 21, and on Monday, February 17, I sent a email to the address stated on your website (for the airport near Schiphol) and requested that you cancel my reservation. Since no one responded to my email, I then called at the number stated on your website. I requested that you cancel my reservation (keep in mind that this was 2 months in advance of my reservation). One of your colleagues picked up and said that they will cancel it. However, as I did not receive any cancellation confirmation email, I called again 2 days afterwards. Indeed, the other colleague of yours with whom I spoke confirmed that the cancellation had not been made. I therefore requested (again) that they cancel my reservation. Although this time I did receive a confirmation email, when I asked about my refund on my second phone call, your colleague was not sure whether I would receive my refund. He asked me, therefore, to send another email (!!!) and state that I already sent an email and had a phone communication starting the 17th of February about my wished cancellation. I sent an email as they suggested, and -again- no one replied. When I called again, the same colleague answered, asked me to wait and told me that they will ask the responsible person to respond to my email and provide me with my refund.
Since I am now writing a review about this, you can imagine that no one has taken care of this - as I have not received a refund-.
Even though I use your services about 4 times a year, I am disappointed at your customer service will not make another booking.

Bad service!
Due to the bad weather conditions we could not enter Germany without snow tires. Even if this is out of our hands and a last minute emergency, we can not get a full refund. Bad service!

Hostile Treatment of Child During Airport Transfer
During our airport transfer, the driver failed to provide the promised child safety seat and became hostile when we addressed the issue. He yelled at my wife and 3-year-old daughter, threatened to leave us behind, and recklessly threw our luggage out of the van. His aggressive behaviour and unsafe driving created a highly distressing and dangerous situation.
