Rubbish, do not order from here. I tried to cancel but my e mail was ignored. Vastly inflated prices for absolute plastic rubbish not even in a box. Do not order!!!!!

I am so fedup if I had the time to write a daily review in the hope that it would stop this company from trading, I would!! - simply don’t buy from them - they are cheating, Chinese crap!

Ordered a Drone for a Christmas Present for my son. Absolute rubbish, cheap chinese crap, does not work as described. Asked to return and just get a generic email response stating that it has to be returned at our expense to China. NOT A UK COMPANY as they proport to be.

Wish I would of read this before I parted with £150 hard earned pounds

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a drone with remote 2 batteries received a box of cotton wool with a leaflet for Swiss Noodles, whatever they are, I don’t speak fluent Chinese. Avoid this company at all costs, I had to report as fraud with bank to get my money back, which is exactly what it is (fraud)

Fraudulent company trying to get details from people I’m guessing. does not send you what you ordered they send you a cheap knock off made in a sweat shop. Ordered a drone with controller that both turned up different to pictures. Doesn’t control well at all with controller or phone it ends up doing its own thing. Battery life is shocking it lasted 5 mins fully charged. Would stay well clear of this company you can’t even get hold of them to return the crap they send you

Do not rate this company at all. I ordered a remote control car for £40 thinking it was a British company. It sounded amazing and was just the price I wanted to pay, it sounded great quality for a birthday present. I got the order confirmation and realised it was coming from China! Not England. When it arrived it came in a polystyrene box not a proper sale box with pictures on etc. And then in a polythene bag inside the box and the price of the item for customs said the item was worth £12.99! It was the cheapest plastic I have ever seen. Definitely not worth £40! I emailed drone play to ask to return (as this is what you have to do) they replied saying if we wanted to keep it they would knock 30% off. They then asked why I wanted to return. I replied and exllained why and have not had any more correspondence from them! Stay clear of this company! Wish I had of read these comments when ordering. Lesson learnt!

I have now received a full refund after complaining because I waited 2 months and no show . So I am now going to order one from a reputable company with a couple of days delivery😁.

This company is a total scam. I ordered a RC Car from them in early December 2022. When the product is shipping from China and won't arrive for over a month, you'd think this is something they would make obvious on the product page, not hide it in the back of the website. When I have asked for a refund, they say I must return the product to China at my expense, however they then refuse to provide any shipping address. Total scam, will never use them again. MasterCard will hopefully be able to recover the money.

Ordered a drone for my son, arrived but didn’t work properly. Emailed to ask for a refund, drone play responded to request a video of the fault. Sent video but since then they have ignored my emails! Absolutely disgraceful, do not buy from these people!!

Absolutely discusted. Two RC cars ordered and paid for well before Christmas. Did not arrive. Did not answer to emails, not a legit site. How can these people sleep at night. I should have read the reviews first. Why is nothing done about this? Please, please, please do not purchase anything from this company. Now out of pocket. Boys are upset too.

I had great communication, annoyed at the long delivery but emailed them asking for it before Christmas if possible. It came a lot quicker about 10 days I think. It does feel cheap but it flies really well. Not sure why so many terrible reviews. Jo

Terrible company, ordered a Christmas present, requested it be refunded as the lead time is 15 days for delivery, the company do not mention this before purchasing or do they even tell you they are not based in the UK, terrible company and all should avoid at all costs, I will now raise a visa dispute to obtain my money back and I suggest anyone else who has a issue with this company do the same.

No communication what's so ever, I always check reviews and for once I didn't. Emailed 3 times and no reply. I doubt they check this but cancel the order and a refund

If only I’d read these reviews before purchasing - no order confirmation emailed to me, and drone hasn’t turned up. I’ve now realised it’s not a UK company instead a direct order from China. There’s only a contact email address and I have no faith anyone will respond to the cancellation of my order. AWFUL

Absolute rubbish . Do not purchase from these guys. I was stupid and didn’t bother to check the reviews. Still haven’t received my drone after 3-4wks #5902.

Drone eventually turned up! Broke after first use, cheap! No answer to emails, I will be escalating and reporting due to no contact, this is pretty much theft! Plus a disappointed grandson on his birthday.

This is a con, do not waste your money ordering anything, the take the cash then never send out the goods. All emails and calls are ignored by Droneplay and money not refunded, total scammers
