Appalling company - they lie on their website. Multiple "potential" delivery options. Imply they are based in France or UK with 72 hour delivery when the reality is they might process in China within that time frame. A real con, shouldn't be allowed to operate when they cannot match their claims. Their cop out will be you should have read the small print, but seeing so many other bad reviews, I am not the only one who fell for their sales pitch. Will be reporting to Watchdog and trading standards.

SO angry!!! I am usually so careful when it comes to scams. This seemed to be a genuine company and I placed an order in confidence. Only to have my suspicions aroused when the tracking didn't move and there was Chinese writing down the side. The fake customer service is a load of rubbish and what should have been here within two days from London, is now taking up to a month from China!!! Hoping I will get my money back from my credit card company but not feeling 100% confident after reading this other reviews. And now my son deso t have a Xmas present and I am £150 down!

Do not order from this company they don’t arrive looks like the real deal but when you look at company items are from China thanks for disappointing my little boy for his birthday as couldn’t replace it

So disappointed in myself for not reading these first. The company does NOT reply to any messages it is impossible to get through to them. Drone seems to be lost in transit, I just want a refund. Abysmal. Do not use.

If you want to hand your money over and receive nothing in return this is the company for you.

Absolutely awful quality drone. Same as the £30 one I got from the range for my young son.
No commutation from drone tech themselves either.
Now have to start the process through the government and agencies to get my money back. This is horrific taking into account the crisis a lot of homes are under financially

I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased from here. I thought it was a UK company but it isn't, there is no support. I could have bought the same drone for the same price from amazon. They lie about the delivery date. The good reviews I suspect are obviously fake.

Their advertising states that you have a 14 day return period but they are lying. I tried to return a very poor drone for a better one and even offered to pay the difference but they just stopped replying to emails.

I then came to this website to register a complaint hoping it might stir them into doing something but now realise they never will. So the moral is, I should have come here first to check them out. Another lesson in life.

I wish I had found these reviews instead of the fake google ones on their website. Its a scam drone is faulty. No response from customer service, I have reported them and made a claim on my credit card.

Do not use this company all drones sent from China website makes out it’s a uk seller you eventually get the drone which is very poor quality paid £299 for a £49 drone 😡 company registered offshore so no chance of getting my money back says the credit card company .Total scam website google needs to take the site down .

Customer service terrible. Tried to cancel order within 24 hours and got fobbed off.
After they said it was dispatched 3 days later they then replied to say it could not be returned or refunded.
I have applied for a section 75 refund via bank due to dishonest selling practices.
Do not buy and avoid like the plague.

absolutely awful company. Total Scam. ordered the dronemotion lite from their website a week ago. The drone arrived Saturday. I opened the box, to find a cheap drone that does not look like it films in 4K. I purchased this as a first time drone user, after being surrounded by drone users the past 4 years. This drone looks to be worth about £30 if I’m being honest. When I connected the drone to the app, the camera quality was simply awful. I paid extra for a 4K drone, and received a drone with the camera quality of a 2004 flip phone. In all honesty you are better off buying a parrot and attaching a camera to it. It will probably do a better job. I have seen the reviews on here a little too late, realised their trust pilot rating on their website is just an image - an authentic one would redirect you to trust pilot. I have been in touch with CS but as per Trust Pilot review, this company is useless. definitely don't have a chance at getting my money back which is totally unfair. Hope you guys are wiser than me.

AVOID AVIOD AVOID, the company is not UK it’s France, no way of returning the product , getting fobbed off writing emails in french , the messaging me in English saying why do I want to return … which they’ve said 3 times now …. Now I’m being blanked completely…. Disgusting service from this company nearly £400 I bought an extra battery too that isn’t in the box !!!! Taking this up with the bank bud there proving to be no help really either … avoid buying from these !

Dont buy /////// paid for 2 batteries only sullied 1 tried to contact many times no reply Im taking it up with the card company

Well if you buy a Drone don't buy these I paid £149.99 for one which I thought would be half decent, it's just a cheap nasty one worth about £40! Stay well clear.

Not a UK company as advertised took over 2 weeks to recive drone. Once recived drone never worked properly sent countless email with no help given once I mentioned a refund they started to ignore my emails they also have a fake trust pilot rating on there site please avoid these people at all costs

AVOID this company. NOT A UK company. Shipping is quoted as 48hours to dispatch then 5-8 days for delivery. I'm almost 2 weeks in and according to the provided tracking information, my drone is still in China. Customer service non existent. Am continually told to just wait for my item. Refused to cancel my order or refund.

Drone tech UK are not even a UK company. You would get a better response from a chimpanzee. DO NOT BUY FROM THEY!!!
