Phil is brilliant to deal with, so knowledgeable and helpful. He always goes the extra mile to help with whatever the order is.I have also dealt with Sam a couple of times and he's great. Top notch. I ordered a legacy of the Royals BDCo Snare Drum. It was later arriving than advertised and I didn’t hear from Drum one about that, but once I got in touch, they were extremely helpful and the Drum arrived when they said it would. There is a lot of competition out there. I buy from Graeme Russell, Drumshack, sometimes gear for music, but would definitely use Drum one again if their pricing remains competitive.

Above and beyond staff
Went in today with my boyfriend who is a massive fan of Iron Maiden, we went in to have a look as he was gutted to have missed Nicko’s appearance last week. lovely store with knowledgeable staff. The staff were very friendly and made the store experience amazing, they went above and beyond 10/10 would recommend.

Zach Grooves drum clinic
I attended a drum clinic at Drum One - it was well organised and we had a great evening of entertainment and learning. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is an Aladdin's cave of drums and percussion.
