See other reviews! This is a Chinese SCAM. Do NOT order from this company it is NOT a UK company as advertised. Refused delivery once I realised but struggling getting refund plus they charge £35/45 to ship back to China. Ive reported to Consumer Helpline and they are reporting to Trading Standards who maybe limited to what they can do as Dryease are governed by Hong King Laws!! AVOID!!! EDIT: Now reported to Action Fraud who took all company detail/addresses etc. This needs stopping too many ppl getting ripped off!!!

Do not trust this company. They also go as bsgda selling electric bikes using the Tesco logo. Their web page is exactly the same as dryease

This dehumidifier has worked wonders for my basement! It pulls so much moisture out of the air and has totally gotten rid of that damp, musty smell. Just a little bit noisy, but it's a small price to pay for a drier basement.

Under no circumstances deal with this joke of a company.I too was duped into buying what I thought was a top rated dehumidifier from a uk company.There is a top 10 reviews site that this scummy company has latched onto which is a blatant lie. Hopefully you have read this review before getting fooled like I did.This is a chinese company and the item is cheap tat worth a fraction of £140 paid.I cancelled before dispatch but they still sent it.In process of trying to return but getting fobbed off.I have also noticed that for every genuine negative review that is posted from ripped off customers the seller is posting several false positive reviews.Ignore.Scum company has now changed name to Raveno selling the same tat. Avoid like the plague.

Dont buy, does'nt work, can't return and now lost £138 and close to christmas aswel.

I haven't received my order yet so I can't say anything about the quality of the item I ordered. But as someone else wrote in their review, dryeasy.co.uk seems authentic - it's not!
This is a Chinese scam! There is nothing on their website to suggest that the item comes from China.

Don't get me wrong! I'm not against Chinese companies.
I'm against false information that creates false expectations.
And now, if something goes wrong, read their return policy and think again if you really want to buy anything from them.

Honestly, l was blown away by the difference this made! My made! My musty basement is now fresh and clean. Worth every penny!

Scam I lose 138 £ for cheap Chinese product I try now to recover my money but just keep me on the loop they are very organised and they know how to scam people and avoid uk rules avoid this company

Do not deal with this company as their products are not very good or fit for purpose. They also don’t accept returns and hide the address which is against trading laws. Company will be reported. So all in all, DO NOT USE this company if you value your money or want a product that works.

I've had my dehumidifier for about a month now, and I'm really happy with it! My room used to be so damp and now it's perfectly dry!

Absolute rubbish, totally taken in by someone saying this the number 1 humidifier. Does not work, do not buy, they do not accept returns. A real SCAM.

This dehumidifier is a game changer! I used to wake up to condensation all over my windows, but this has completely solved the problem! It's super easy to use, too!

This dehunmidifier is amazing! It's made a huge difference in my basement! It got rid of the dampness so fast, and it's super quiet, I barely even notice it's on!

This is a Chinese company not a UK one. I trusted best reviews and bought 2 dehumidifiers. One of them is plain defective, the other one works just OK. I sent them 3 emails asking for a refund but had no reply. Total scam.
UPDATE: after many attempts they answered back. I originally wanted to send the product back but they did not let me and sent a new one. It was a long process to finally get at least a replacement, but they did send it.

Sadly I think I've been scammed the site was advertised aparently by the guardian, and purports to be NHS. approved, one of the reasons I went for it was they advertised a delivery date of 4th Oct which I thought was great, however despite sending the company three e mails to which I've had no reply the dehumidifier has not arrived, with a major issue todayI've had to go to a local company and buy another one.

This dehumidifier is amazing - it controls the humidity and purifies the air too. And I love the seven different nightlight colors - beautiful, but not disturbing my sleep.

I bought this dehumidifier for my 18-foot travel trailer, and I am so impressed! It's super quiet and it works amazingly well. It gets crazy hot and humid inside my trailer when I'm not using it, but this thing pulled out a ton of moisture in just one night.

Product not working to the specifications.
I've had it on for 5 days and extracted only
200 ml of water in a 65% to 75% humidity envirment indoor, used seperate dehumidifier meters to see if it decrease the humidity but no change in the humiditi with the Dryease on for 5 day at max. it's a SCAM I can't return the product becouse I've used it and it states in their refund policy that the refund will be declined if the product is not new when returned to China, not in UK. The Online review pages are misleading and part of the same Scam it's how I've chosen this product I've been SCAMED. DON'T BUY

The item is cheap. Went out and bought a reputable Meaco Arete two 20ltr. Now that is worth the money. This Chinese rubbish barely collected a thimble full of water over 2 days. After 6 hours the Meaco collected over 3.5 litres. I feel a fool but you live and learn. I can only think the 50% 5 stars are fake accounts there is no rhyme or reason why this gets 5 stars. I'd best describe as a low setting fan.

This dehumidifier is amazing! It was easy to set up, quiet and simple to use. I started it up in my basement and within two days, it already collected 30 to 40 ounces of water!
