Extremely bad. Seem cheap but is an kind of scam, even if you buy packages they keep on record and ask you other one and other and so on. It's just an scam network.

Hustlers
Scam company, sending me different Apple ID codes and tell me I never paid even if I never ordered, and if I buy something I pay same things 3 times, first time, can’t pay before put money on account, so put money in account and pay, then a week later they tell me I not paid, then I pay again and then the next week again about the same bill text message ”you have not paid” bullshit, they cut me off when I refuse to pay, on top of this I can’t download any application in App Store and they don’t let me see my refill history, or any type of history in their app, they just want me to put way more cash then I use, I ask for customer service, explain the problems to customer service, they say okay they gonna contact me, then no one contact me, totally scam and nothing else, I change to ais today and never go back, suggest no one use this company, this is just the very short version.

You have to "top up" your account to continue service. But they don't allow you to add enough funds with a single payment to do this. Sheet making 2 payments through their website I was locked out of making additional payments. This still wasn't enough funds to make my payment. Had to go to 7-Eleven to add even more funds to my account. Finally have enough funds to make my payment. Return to the website to make the payment and get a generic error message with no indication of the problem. Walk an hour to a physical location just to be told that they can't help me. Walk an hour home. The 1600 baht I've already paid expires after 1 day. I initiate a call to the number provided. Instead of getting the 3 months of service I paid for, my service is renewed for only 1 month. They've stolen all of this money from me and wasted an entire day. Switching to AIS at the end of this month, because this is absolutely awful.

Why always low data quality .I would like to request Dtac Team to manage it well and take seriously .Currently I decided to choose another operator.
This is the worst network I ever have…
This is the worst network I ever have in my entire life. It happened to me three times already that every time I add on 300 thb, the entire amount did not reflect on my dtac app instead it only shows less than a 100 and my voice call load increases (which I don't usually like to have). I absolutely get frustrated!

I bought a dtac unlimited eSIM for my son which installed properly and worked ok in Thailand during our trip. I bought the same plan for myself - somehow installation looks ok but didn’t activate when we reached Thailand. I approached the dtac counter at the Bangkok airport, they couldn’t help me because my phone didn’t receive a message that comes with the local phone number. Then I emailed customer service asking for a refund on my eSIM since the activation didn’t work. But customer service was atrocious, asking me for screenshots and made me repeat my experience so many times and still won’t refund me my money. My son’s eSIM worked fine thankfully. But they just refused to refund me for my faulty eSIM, very bad customer service all around, whether at the airport dtac counter or via customer email service. Nightmare.
AVOID EMPLOYEES WILL SCAM YOU
Bought a Tourist SIM at the airport after a midnight horror flight. Stupidly paid cash. Bought a 30 day 50GB package for about 1000 Thai Baht. What I got was a 1 day package which cost 49 Thai Baht.
I believe I was scammed as the girl when she handed me the package to show me my number covered over the bit which said “24 hours 49 Baht”.
Tried to contact to complain. However impossible unless you speak Thai.
Lessons learned: Don’t pay cash. Don’t use DTAC.

This dtac self-subscribe unknown sms services and stealing the bills. And if you are not Thai-speaker, it's hard to unsubscribe these packs. What's the logic here, make amendments asap. 1star is not enough, I need down vote for this Company.

waste of money, threw away card
Very very expensive for only 15 days
Very very expensive for only 15 days, 900baht which is double of what i pay in France which is crazy... I was aware to avoid airports, but even in 7Eleven they only show you the tourist simcard ... Very sad and not good for tourists to be scammed like that.
eSIM never worked, no refund
Bought an eSIM that never worked, even the experts in store were baffled. Bought online they were unable to refund… which was convenient for them as online customer services simply don’t reply!
£30 so not the end of the world but that’s £30 they profited from and provided ZERO service.
DO NOT BUY DTAC/TRUE SIMS
You arrive at DMK airport and massive stand charging you a ridiculous price for asia of 26 USD for 30 day (50gb) sim! 2 days later at their Bkk store I returned as data speeds were abysmal! Guy there changed to True sim and gave me double the data but now that Sim is ridiculously slow too!! Been to True in Hua Hin today and just got fobbed off! Absolutely woeful service!
Really difficult to even top up
I am simply trying to add money to extend my contract, but it keeps responding that my limit has been reached....40 baht!!!!!
All I need is an on going monthly contract. Forget all of these stupid deals that one is subjected to.
Please can I just top up for another month???
I don’t recommend Dtac at all
I don’t recommend Dtac at all, I’m working with Internet and I lost a lot of money cause of Dtac, before I was with True and they are much better then Dtac.
Honestly
Nothing works
I ordered an 8GB Tourist eSIM a few weeks before my Trip to Thailand. I uploaded my passport, and my photo, and everything seemed to work well. I was quickly emailed a QR code for my eSIM.
So far so good.
But then I landed in Thailand and it just didn't work. The eSIM connects to the network with a full signal and displays the DTAC.BETTER.TOGETHER banner, but it does not get any kind of data connection.
I went to their store in the Central World mall... to find it doesn't exist. It closed down and is now covered in AIS advertisements.
Later I managed to find out that true and dtac are now the same so I went to the true store.
I waited almost an hour to be helped.
They never explained what was wrong, but they did ask for my passport again.
Eventually they explained the service would be active in 2 to 3 hours.
That was 12 hours ago! It's still not working.
I've lost two days of the service I paid for. At this point I'll probably just do a chargeback.
When I call 1678 it tells me my number has not been registered and to go to a DTAC shop with my passport, or call 1678. But I am calling 1678! And I have been to a shop. And I shouldn't have had to go to a shop because I uploaded my passport online when I purchased the eSIM.

Today I had Recharged the SIm at 550 Baht 20Mbps/30 days but now in the evening inter is not working.
Always go for AIS, not for Dtac
We bought two Dtac 100GB SIM cards valid for 90 days at the airport in Koh Samui. All the time we were bombarded with Dtac messages in Thai, which we did not understand. After 28 days, after having used 28,7GB, the service stopped while we were staying in Koh Kood. This was an expensive and annoying experience. From now on we are always going to choose for AIS.
STAY AWAY! Deactivated for no reason.
STAY AWAY! They will deactivate with no notice, and took me 4 hours on the phone to get them to turn it back on. Read other reviews.
Very painful customer service, not helpful and do not respond. You also have to pay to call the help desk. Not very good English.
This happens to many customers.
