Delivery time is longer as is wrote on website. Costumer services dont have information where the parcel really is and they dont inform you that package will not arrive in time. Item was not properly packaged. It came in totally big light paper box, with empty space which was not stuffed. Box came damaged. Im little upset with this service because handbag was not cheap. Probably i will not order again from this site.
