I ordered a 40 Yd. dumpster, Ryan Rooney and his whole team are amazing. They answered all my phone calls and were extremely helpful with the pick up date, as I had changed the pickup date multiple times. I would highly recommend their service. Thank you!

I watched the online video. It was helpful and informative. When I decided to rent a dumpster at dumpsters.com I spoke to Mike. He was able to make recommendations to cover my needs.
Dumpster was delivered in a timely manner. I requested a pick up for Friday afternoon. Unfortunately it was picked up very early on Friday. We had mostly filled the dumpster prior to pick up but would have added a few things. We missed one full day due to very bad weather.
Overall we were very pleased with the dumpster we used and its drop off and pick up.

I reserved a dumpster rental on a Thursday, for the dumpster to be delivered on a Friday. They never delivered the dumpster and charged my credit card. I called on a Saturday morning, just to be told I had to call on Monday because of the weekend, they only take new delivery orders and couldn’t help.
I called first thing Monday morning, only to be told that the dumpster was delivered. I explained to them, that there was no dumpster at my home.
After calling about four times, I finally received a phone call and they only apologized about the mistake and stated I would receive a refund.
I’m very disappointed! I had a cleaning crew scheduled for Friday, which I had to pay. I suggest ordering from another company to help you with you dumpster needs.

The dumpster was delivered as promised and picked up in due time. The equipment was in good condition. The trucks were in excellent condition.The drivers were skilled and careful not to do damage. The price was very acceptable. I am 100% satisfied.

This team was great from the get-go. The set up was easy as they got our info and returned with the details call really quickly. The driver who dropped the dumpster was very courteous and placed it perfectly. The whole experience was a positive. I would completely recommend this company.

Ian was my initial contact and he was terrific. He explained everything to me as this was the first time that I have needed this service. He followed up with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. His customer service was the reason that I chose this company over the other company that I had contacted. Each time that I needed to contact the company (to order additional units), I was met with great customer service from each person that I spoke with.

The worst experience that I ever had in my entire life to have to deal with peoples doing bad practices to rob their customers by making them signed their own contracts that they already know that they’re intended to take advantage of no matter what

i loved how i could keep roll dumpster for up to 10 days and that was nice since i slowly worked at cleaning out my clutter that was needed for 1 low price much cheaper than the other dumpsters for only 4 -5 days and no need to be home just made sure the path was clear for them

Our organization engages a lot of roll-off dumpsters each year. Prior to finding Dumpsters.com, this process of finding vendors was very time consuming. Dumpsters.com has great pricing, great service and is able to provide dumpsters with very little notice.

Other then being one day late on delivery which was compensated a day later on pickup, the price was very reasonable for the size and costumer service was very polite, apologetic, and friendly. I would recommend this company.
