You can really tell the worth of a company when something goes wrong. Durovin has shown exemplary customer service when I had an issue with an item. Without hesitation they arranged collection and a refund, smooth as silk.

Unfortunately customers with positive experiences don't always leave reviews, as they expect too service as the norm (which I agree with).

Also unfortunately, negative experiences tend to be more vocal.

Personally I would use Durovin again with hesitation.

The product I bought was a toilet with built-in sink in the top which is well made and I am very happy with it . The delivery was made quickly and so all should have been well and a 5 star review. Unfortunately two small cosmetic parts were missing from the package and when I asked for them to be sent they said they would only do this if I left positive feedback on three platforms, and provide proof I had. I thought this was unacceptable. I asked again for the missing parts to be sent but they refused until I had left feedback, so here it is ..... Product good Delivery great Customer service shocking. Effectively they tried to bully me into leaving positive feedback by holding my missing parts to random which is despicable. I don't expect I will get the parts now but I would rather be honest about their behaviour than tell lies for them.

I had ordered a U shaped shower enclosure with a sliding door and had a query about installing it over a wet room tray. Durovin's customer support gave a great service. We talked it through and it appeared I needed the next size up. Steve cancelled the original order so I could order the right size and called me back to confirm the cancellation had been processed.
I'll write another review when the enclosure is installed but it looks like a great bit of kit for a great price.

***AVOID*** Should not be trading in my opinion and I wish I had read the bad reviews as they are true. Despite checking before purchasing they sent a tap that was totally unsuitable for a tiny washbasin. They refused to pay for the return postage (and despite me having to pay a plumber twice to fit a suitable tap). They claimed that nobody else had made them aware of the issue (you could not adjust the water temperature because the lever hits against the wall. They would not process the refund because I disputed with my credit card company.

I had a miss with some parts and the staff Durovin, immediately helped me sorted the the problem and supply additional parts.

They also lie to there customers regarding deliverys.

We purchased a toilet from Durovin approximately nine months before installation due to ongoing renovation works at our property. When the toilet was eventually installed, it leaked from the base. On investigation, a hairline crack was discovered in the internal ceramic section of the soil pipe beneath the unit.
We immediately contacted Durovin to report the defect. Their only response was that the product should have been checked upon delivery. The toilet was thoroughly inspected externally at the time and showed no visible issues. It is entirely unreasonable to expect a customer to internally inspect ceramic components prior to installation.
Durovin refused to offer any assistance, remedy, or goodwill gesture. As a direct result, we were left with a defective product, over £200 out of pocket, and no option but to dispose of the toilet. This level of customer service and refusal to engage with a legitimate manufacturing fault is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Honestly, I would strongly advise staying away from this company. They are by far the worst goods provider I’ve ever dealt with and show no sense of integrity or accountability.

I ordered a basin which cracked and started leaking shortly after installation.

When I contacted them for a replacement, I was repeatedly asked to provide more and more photos and videos, all of which were sent. Assuming I’d simply been unlucky, I ordered and paid for a second basin.

Unfortunately, the replacement was no better and also began leaking once fitted. At that point, I went to another supplier and had no issues at all.

The basins look good aesthetically, but they are clearly sub-standard and not fit for purpose. What’s worse is the way issues are handled — endless requests for evidence, no real resolution, and a clear reluctance to take responsibility.

Even after the faulty basin had been replaced and disposed of, they continued asking for further images.

I had numerous conversations with Steve over the phone, sent multiple videos and photos, and still got nowhere. I’ve written off the money, but I feel it’s important to warn others.

My advice: avoid this company. They sell poor-quality products and do everything they can to dodge responsibility when things go wrong.

Ordered a hanging glass door from them which fitted well but they sent the wrong handle for it. Only solution they would offer was for me to drive from south coast to Walsall to collect the correct handle or arrange and pay for a courier to pick it up. Basically refused to post a small handle to me. Amazed by their response and will avoid in future....

Purchased shower enclosure. Quite nice actually. But the hinge broke after 6 months.

Charged me for new hinge ... because I'd been opening the door in an incorrect manner ... or something similar.

Refused to replace a shower trim when it was obvious that it had been packed badly and damaged in transit. Their reason for no replacement was that it was after the 2 days they allow.
This however contravenes our rights under law that we have a month to claim.
After I pointed this out they have not responded to any emails. All this over a £10 piece of trim

What a fabulous company. Ordered two items and both were sent really quickly. Their customer service is awesome, I contacted them about a fault, they asked for video evidence, agreed that it was indeed faulty and dispatched a new one immediately. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service! Super fast communication. Regardless that I had to cancel the order, the company representative was very understandable, arranged full refund with no issues!
