I ordered a shower enclosure through B&Q. It was not what was described on packaging. The side panel was too big for the tray supplied by them. My fitters said the enclosure was for a wet room.
Seems so be this is a common thing from other reviews Customer service was an absolute nightmare said I had to pay for the return or they would deduct cost from the refund even though the goods are not fit for purpose.
I had to go and buy another same size enclosure which fitted no problem
This caused me a lot of stress
This was only resolved when I made a formal complaint to B&Q who took over.

Ordered shower screen via B&Q. It took longer than expected to arrive and then didn't fit. Contacted to return but advised needed to courier back. Cost was phenomenal and not an option. I suggested returns policy not appropriate and got run around with referrals to different couriers. Then advised to sell it myself as others did so obviously a common problem. Shocked that B&Q partners are not scrutinised for service delivery standards when you can return an Amazon delivery before it even arrives! Now seriously out of pocket, got to try to sell a screen at a discount, and frustrated with poor service.

Ordered a shower arrived in quick time had a slight issue with one of the seals these things happen nobody’s fault was sorted very promptly and very happy with the shower quality would definitely use again.

Don't shop here. sent out faulty goods and then would not refund or replace the issue and then lied about it

DO NOT purchase a toilet from these, I've been a plumber for the last 12 years and fitted probably a couple of hundred toilets and this is by far the worst made toilet I've seen, the waste connection outlet is ovaled and tappered and will constantly leak, when contacting them to say I think I have a faulty made one because I can't stop it leaking, they requested videos and photos which I sent as required, there response was then to just "disconnect your toilet, cover it in sillocone and hold it on there while it drys, then cover it from the inside, that should stop it leaking" I'll also add I tried 3 different fittings and had already tried sillicone before they offered the helpful response

Lesson learned always read the small print!
Amazon are going to refund me.
A rep from Durovin called.
Saying I need to pay back my refund from amazon to them.
Yeah good luck with that.

What an absolute shambles of a company. If you are looking at buying from these I hope this review steers you well clear. I have been waiting 5 months now for my refund from these people and they still refuse to refund. I have photographic evidence from the courier to show its in there where house and Steve the person I have been continuously talking to was the one who signed for it the day after it was ment to be delivered to me. Iver 1000 fone calls to these people and still waiting . They blackmailed me by saying they will only pay refund if I take my negative review down so I did and then they bribed me by saying they will only pay refund if I leave a good review. Still waiting. Legal action taken

Outstanding experience! This company provides excellent and prompt customer service, any query you have they incredibly supportive, and they delivered on their product shipping timelines.

A perfect process

The shower enclosure is perfect and intact. I bought it last month, and it has been using for a while. Absolutely users- friendly.

I ordered a Walk In Frosted Shower Screen 8mm Toughened Safety Glass Frosted Strip from Durovin bathrooms and was almost put off by the negative reviews! I can only comment on the item and service which I received. The advisor answered all my queries and was very helpful. The glass arrived just a few days later exactly when they advised and was well packed and in perfect condition with the delivery company keeping me well informed The glass was exactly what I was looking to provide a little modestly (having teen boy and girl in the house!) and looks beautiful. The chrome channel/wall support is very good quality and the glass was 8mm think much thicker than others companies offered. For the price the look and quality is outstanding and I’m so pleased I wasn’t put off by bad reviews. I couldn’t find this product anywhere and was informed that nobody really has frosted glass anymore. I did get a quote from a glass manufacturer which was over £650!

Purchased shower enclosure on ebay .. come to fitting a few months later , couldn’t find one small part, and kind staff at Durovin supplied foc
