If I could give this company a minus star then I would, customer service, ZERO they treat you like a complete FOOL. They sold me a product that was clearly faulty and obviously not made or checked by them, also not prepared to do anything about it. My advice would be AVOID like the plague.

Never in my life have I seen or heard such incompetent product range and blazen disregard for customer care. The only person who seemed to understand anything about the products and how to speak to another human being without condescension or illiterate broken English seems to have disappeared (my guess left because of the fast sinking ship) Any contact with Durovin now feels like it’s been hacked together by people who simply do not understand and are using buzzwords from someone who used to be able to do it hoping to patch the ever growing cracks.

Speaking of cracks, the product range is cheap but not cheerful. Wouldn’t put these items in a condemned block of flats. Your bathroom it needs to be built to last by a pro. These guys will blame everything wrong with a faulty product on your installer and not give two cents about their rep. Damaged basins, leaking toilets, shoddy showers offers of discounts for an item which is not fit for purpose it’s all just a joke.

Don't buy nothing from this company! Bought bathroom sliding glass doors,used just one day,after closing slowly doors the glass broken before close! I was very lucky no one was injured
After contact company with the pictures attached,they saying company not taking responsibility after doors was installed and offered to me buy a new glass! No way I will going to use other glass when was broken in pieces with out any reason!after paying £200 and installed was by the builder ,definitely can say that glass is not safe to use! Wish I read reviews before use this company

I bought a shower enclosure and tray from this company. When the delivery arrived the tray was not there. Unfortunately I was not home at the time and my wife signed the delivery note. She asked the delivery man to sign our copy to say that the tray was missing. Dunrovin said they had passed the tray to the delivery company and as my wife had signed their delivery copy they were not interested. We complained to Amazon and they would not post our review. I now know why you do not see many poor reviews about products sold on Amazon. This was a shock to me, but I suppose that's business! Amazon did say if I send the enclosure back AT MY COST they would return the money that I had paid for the enclosure. I said this is not a pair of gloves, I had already unpacked it expecting the Tray delivery. So the cost of repacking and sending back would be more than the product. I eventually decided to request a refund from my credit card company and they did get the money back for me. I then went to B&Q and bought a shower tray. (of course it costs more, but real piece of mind) In conclusion, I think the products are probably good, even though they come from China (Most products do nowadays) But Durovin is not a good company to buy from. Look elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company they provide cheap chinese goods and they cannot support any issues, I ordered a shower screen via amazon, when it arived it was the wrong size, with nor handle or wall bracket, 6 weeks on and I still have not wall bracket! they cannot supply....absolutely appalling customer service!

Bought a shower tray and screens as a package .Not fit for purpose, does not fit Has cost me £250 to remedy issues Very quick to blame my plumbers when it had nothing to do with them, is all down to faulty goods! Have emailed Durovin on numerous occasions, but a total waste of time! Would not touch again with a 40ft bargepole!!!!!!!!!!!

bought via amazon. Delivery was good, bath had a good appearance and integrated tap and shower head. However, after less than 12 months use leaking occurred at the back of the bath when trying to use it. We had 2 different plumbers come and assess and were unable to fix it as it was integrated into the bath and unable to sort the problem. A clear design fault in the product which lasted an unacceptably short length of time. Durovin refused any help - stating it was a plumbing issue. customer services were very poor. they have cheaper prices but it is a false economy to purchase from this company as the products are not likely to last and you will get no help from them if you have a problem.

PART 2. After I finally received an answer and I explained again the issues caused by the faulty hinges, sent pictures and further explanation I have been ignored again and told that my professional and certified builder was not able to instal the shower properly when clearly the issues are the hinges. Since then I have not received any further email!! I have requested for new hinges but nothing!! they have ignored me completely! And now my bathroom has become a pool everytime I shower!!
Do not use their service, they are not willing to help, solve problems caused by their product and their customer service is terrible

Totally dishonest and unreasonable people to deal with. Cheaply made products, produced in china disguised as being made in the UK.

Bought a sink that looked beautiful until it was installed. It was made with an uneven surface which meant a substantial amount of water remained on the surface after use.
Sent requested photos clearly showing problems but company was not interested. They said they would only consider a refund if the sink was unused and returned in the original packaging. I off course had to pay the return cost! The sink was not fit for purpose and they were not prepared to do anything about it just keep my money!!!!

I have reported them to trading standards and do have a valid reason to take them to court as advised by citizens advice.

Dishonest companies trading in sub-standard goods should be stopped and hope that they will be soon. If you read this review I sincerely hope you will go elsewhere and don't part with your hard earn cash. They will be a nightmare.

Misleading website & low quality products. Everything looks great on the website but in reality are very (below) average standard. Their shower enclosures are all stated as 8mm glass in the main description but many are 6mm and this is only stated if you read through the detailed specifications. Misinformation and misselling products. Opened trade account, ordered once, never again.

Wish I had read all the awful reviews all over the internet regarding this company before I bought an half painted, ugly and poorly manufactured basin from them! After providing them with photographs they still denied there was a problem and refused to send return slip so we could obtain a refund. Deeply unprofessional scammers!

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a shower enclosure from them, described by them as 8mm glass. I picked the right size of enclosure and tray combo from their ebay store. I then received confirmation of an order for a shower screen of 6mm thickness and a different size altogether. I immediately queried that by email, fortunately taking a screen shot of the message. I received no reply. They then took three weeks to get the order to me. When it arrived, the enclosure was indeed 6mm glass and the wrong size. Durovin has completely refused to take any responsibility, despite the evidence and I was forced to go to eBay for action. Fortunately eBay has looked at the evidence and done the right thing. So, if you value any part of a transaction, have nothing to do with these shysters.

Absolutely diabolical company to deal with.

All seemed good at first ordered 2 sinks and two shelves which were delivered on time and promptly. Then the trouble began!!!!!

One of the sinks was damaged so i emailed the company and got the response that i had to send pictures of the damaged sink they would refund. As i had fitters fitting i just ordered another sink smaller then before and shelf to speed up the process and then get the refund.

5 emails later and emails from an info email with no name on it at all with numerous excuses that they couldn't see the pictures they finally agreed to refund the sink. I just informed them that they needed to collect the shelf as well as it was ordered specifically for that sink which arrived damaged. Got told that i had to pay for the return as it was not damaged. Had no understanding of the situation at all. I asked to speak to the manager and got told that doesn't make a difference he agrees with me. I said no problem let me speak to him any how but then got told that that he was away on holiday for a week. I said who is in charge and got told no one is in charge we are self managing. I said then who made the decisions they said nothing.

Surprise surprise took another week to get the refund of the sink only but no call from management. The other sink and new shelf that i ordered surprisingly only the shelf arrived and when i sent an email showing the company did not delivered it took 4 emails to get a response to say they have got it back and will refund. I then again said you must collect the shelf as its your fault and guess what i got told as its not damaged i had to return my self.

I can not comment on the product as I never received it. As a company though please be careful. After trying for 10 days to get my product and numerous false promises of delivery, I had to eventually ask for a refund . I even drove to the company, and gave them every chance. My delivery address was only 4.5 miles away from the Durovin Bathrooms. The company hides behind its couriers to stall for time and
never fills you with confidence that you will receive your goods. My product was £270-00 worth I was treated as though it was nothing. I hope this helps!

Terrible customer service; shower door promised for delivery time and time again but nothing delivered over four weeks later. Wasted days waiting for the courier to turn up and very poor ownership of the problem. Each time they blamed the courier and finally, when they passed it to their back-up courier, guess what - they didn't turn up either (at least they are consistent!)
Now waiting for a refund - let's see how long it takes for them to deliver that!
Avoid this bunch of clowns at all costs.
