Fabulous gifts !

Very quick delivery of the 2 planters I bought as gifts for a golden anniversary and 60th birthday.
Superb personalised presents which were ordered having received one myself and loved it !

TECHNICAL ISSUE CAUSING NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER WHICH IS A VALENTINES DAY GIFT - edit had not ignored as originally thought

Still not received the item, ordered on the 6th February and paid an additional £6.95 for next day delivery. ITS VALENTINES DAY TODAY (more than a WEEK since I’ve ordered) AND STILL IS NOT HERE SO I NOW HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE TO COMPLETE THE GIFTS. I have emailed the bloody support email twice with 0 response at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they have taken my money with literally nothing to show for it.

Edit: theyhad responded via emaill but unfortunately went into spam so did not see. They have issued a full refund and have explained the situation to my girlfriend of the late present and what it is. An unfortunate situation but i appreciate they did actually respond and came to a solution of a refund since there was no response back. Will reorder as i still like theproduct and want it for us to share!

Customer service was lovely

Customer service was lovely. Had a technical problem with my order. Emailed them, not only did I get a fast helpful response but my order was then dispatched the same day. Amazing. Item arrived in enviromently friendly packaging and is perfect. Thank you so much xx

I loved the item which I ordered but…

I loved the item which I ordered but sadly, it didn't work properly. However, after I reported this, I was straight away sent a replacement which is perfect. Excellent and very friendly customer service. I also received a personal note from the supplier apologising for the first faulty item. Thoroughly recommend Dust and Things.

A lovely addition to my home office…
