Don't buy from DutchLabelShop.

Let me explain why. I selected this company due to its quick delivery and expected to receive 10 patches within four weeks, which included their two-week processing time + shipping. However, it has been over a 5 weeks, and I still haven't received my order. Their support team was professional, but they could only offer a 30% refund, which, to be honest, is not much of a consolation for me. It's particularly frustrating since these patches were supposed to be part of a more significant project.

This was my first time ordering. The site was easy to use and labels easy to put together and order. When I received them, I found the lettering on these were more crisp and readable than other places I've ordered from. Shipping was relatively quick to my location in Canada. In short I'm totally happy with the purchase and when I need more labels, I'll return.

Normally I had had acceptable experiences with this company. Lately they have completely lost my trust. I waited to order until they completed the facility work they advertised in early Feb. Now I have 3 late orders. 2 orders are over a month old. They all listed the normal 7-10 days when I ordered. After contacting customer support they lied and claimed they advertised there would be delays - but their website was back to normal when I placed orders and they stated nothing about delays while they worked through backlogs. Then they lied again and said my orders would be done last week. Now they are saying end of this week. DELAYS HAPPEN. LIES CAN'T! And they need some mechanism to compensate businesses they lie to and FAIL, when businesses count on honest and reliable businesses to not cost them money.

Absolutely brilliant. The service and communication from start to finish was spot on. While there were delays in receiving the patches, the team kept in touch and let us know what was happening. I cannot thank Nathan and the team enough - absolutely everything I could have wanted.

Absolutely amazing job, i cant reccomend them enough, i used their service to create a funny parody on danish police patches and they delivered fast with a low and affordable MOQ.

Second time using Dutch Label Shop and over the moon with the product once again. Love how you can choose from many fonts, colours and sizes. Labels were perfect for my handknitted garments. Really quick and easy to order, fast delivery and great communication. I would recommend to anyone requiring some excellent quality labels!

Worse experience ever. This company is a fake. They are not Dutch, and they do not have any dutch customer service. they are pretending their customer service is temporary unavailable but when you check back reviews, it has been unavailable for years. They are not based in The Netherlands, but in USA or China. when I ordered the labels I got the notification that it would take 10-14 days. We are now 17 days later and I still haven't received the labels. Their customer service is unavailable - i tried calling several times over the past 4 days - and the only way to contact is through email. There they told me that i need to wait at least until end of next week. which would make the delivery time one month. I am really disappointed in their service.

The labels from the Dutch Label Shop are absolutely superb! I cannot fault them in any way. The choice of colours, fonts and designs, the beautifully finished look to each label, the efficiency of delivery - all absolutely perfect.

I have ordered twice from this company now and will use them continually for my garment labels and care labels for my brand new business. I order from the UK and delivery has been fast. The quality of both labels are fabulous and personalisation is very simple on their website. They are also packaged well for postage. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality labels at a good price, that will ensure a professional look to finished garments.

Ordered with 10-14 day lead time. Website said nothing about closures and claimed to be made in Leeds, UK shipping from Leeds. Then on the 14th day we were informed that the factory was closing for two weeks for 'holiday' and we wouldn't get the labels for another 2+ weeks. I don't know what you call that, but it is definitely poor service or inaccurate website messaging because no UK company I have ever heard of closes for 2 weeks around Chinese New Year.

Dutch Labels assisted me with the design and layout. A very collaborative process that was easy and efficient. Communication was prompt and excellent. The labels are lovely and provide a professional look to our prayer shawls along with our message. From the time I hit confirm order, I received the labels my mail in 9 days.
