Impressive Service
Excellent advice and service. Dan Parry our Salesman was knowledgeable and a delight to do business with. Engineer was efficient and we now have amazing broadband speed of over 70Mbps.
Poor call out service
Our system went down twice within a few weeks apart. Each time we rang Dyfed Telecom, they made us wait a whole week before coming out to see the problem which is not good enough since my wife works from home.My wife then had to use her holidays unnecessarily until it was fixed. Surly, they should be able to come out within 24h or 48h max if there’s a problem.
I have no complaints against any individuals it’s just the service is not up to standard. Why do the job if you can’t send your people out in good time to fix problems. If we are made to live in a digital world where we depend on WiFi signals, broadband and internet, we need good service! Dyfed Telecom, I’m giving you 2 stars and you need to pull your socks up. 🤷♂️
WHAT A TEAM!
What a team! We have had exemplary service from the very onset of this company. Today was no different. Ed arrived as per the appointed time and transferred all out data onto our new phones with professional aplomb. Ed’s personal service at our home followed superb consultation and organisation by Owen.
It goes without saying Dyfed Telecom are a professional team if operators who deliver first class services and meet our expectations (and they are high!).
End to end services are of the highest of standards.

Huge thank you to Connor at Dyfed telecom, great customer service, my order was arranged and delivered the same day.,
WHAT??? - "Customer service at heart, a personal serve, transparency & aftercare are our core values."
Dreadful company to deal with. Don't care, don't answer emails, don't answer the phone. Was without internet, most of the day, for weeks and weeks. I had to forward a payment for £80 before they agreed to send an engineer. Engineer comes so, having paid my £80, which I could ill-afford, was expecting a cure. Did they check the dish, sim, wiring, router ?? Nothing was done except problem made even worse - my remote "location" (where I live alone, as a pensioner and rely on internet) was blamed - "a focus on the agricultural community" ?? Hah. EE to the rescue, - new, free of charge, sent next day, non-wired router to just plug in, problem instantly cured. DT - no explanation offered; no messages responded to. Time and again they inferred that I'd called them out too many times - pity they couldn't offer a permanent fix as EE have done then I wouldn't have had to. I'd like my stolen £80 back please.
Definitely not a (customer) communications company
We've had terrible connectivity problems with their system and zero communications and technical support. If it works first time you might get away with it!
