Best provider in 37 years of home ownership.
I’ve been a homeowner for 37 years and have used most providers over that time and some that have long since gone.
I find E to be the best of all providers I’ve used. They are always on hand to help with requests, they keep us constantly updated with prices rises and drops in these uncertain times.
I recommend anyone looking for a new provider to seriously give E a thought and a chance.

I have been having an issue with my…energy supplier
I have been having an issue with my energy supplier E I’ve been with them for almost 2 1/2 years with no smart gas or pre pay meter or any way to pay , yes I’ve had the use of my gas and electricity during this period but 10 days ago I had over £25 in my electric meter in which they removed so I had no electricity so I would have to contact them , which the previous week I sent them an email with my new mobile number in the email to which I got no response. Now after cutting off my electricity I called them just for them to say they where sending someone out to fit a gas meter for me , now I’m a vulnerable person with mental health and physical health issues sciatica, I politely asked them to put the electricity back on while I was dealing with them on the call but for over 2 hours my electricity was off , fresh food in the fridge almost ruined never mind the stress and anxiety this caused, now this has been an ongoing struggle with them to get a meter installed a representative of E visited my address about 12 months ago and called them straight away to book an engineer to sort this out which none was available at that time , now today 21/08/25 am engineer has been out who was more than helpful but fitted a new electrical meter which was already a smart meter in perfectly working order but couldn’t fit a gas meter because it wasn’t connecting in which he tried 2 different meters and method, now I had just under £20 in my electric meter now I’m using my emergency credit with a zero balance on my meter, the stress and anxiety this has caused is unbelievable, I’m also more than certain they have been charging me for my gas through my electricity is this ALLOWED ?

Best think I ever did was move over to E
I joined E this year and so far they have been one of the best companies I have been with.
Not only have I noticed a massive difference with no standing charge but the app works perfectly and the money goes to my meter.
They also email and keep you up to date if there happens to be any scams.
I'm really pleased I moved rather than sticking with my old company.

AWFUL COMPANY AND ETHICS
Disgusting company who dont care one bit about their customers. To cut a long story short, my electricity ran out over the weekend and I used up my emergency credit. I called them up on the monday morning to ask if they could assist and top up my meter for one day ( I was getting paid on the next day) They point blank refused and also refused to refer me to the fuel bank for emergency help. I have only ever used the fuel bank once in my whole life and according to E they would not refer me again. I explained that my daughter is registered disabled and her devices she uses need electricity and working broadband and they didn't care. Everyone is struggling with energy bills and I thought the fuel bank was there to help people. However according to the manager at E they can decide whom they deem to be in need of it. Awful company and I cannot wait to switch over. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
