Great product, slow shipping
The product has been great so far and I appreciate the warranty. I paid for the expedited shipping (1-3 days). However, it took 2x the amount of time to get here than I expected. As a business owner, this is something I would want my leadership team to know about.

I love everything. Separately.
It's intuitive, its buttonless, it charges via USB C. The herb tastes delicious (when you can actually draw smoke, more on that in a bit.)
It looks freaking cool.
However.
It feels like I'm gonna pop a blood vessel in my lung everytime I try and smoke. It doesn't seem to matter if I try and loosen the STEMS or adjust how I insert them. Trying to pull air through these STEMS is like trying to suck a golf ball through a straw.
Maybe it was only my batch of STEMS, I got the starter pack. Both packs I got experienced the same airflow issue. Sometimes it genuinely hurts trying to draw through these things. I love so much about this product, but if you can't use it, or using it is so difficult as to be onerous, then there's something that needs to be reworked.
Thankfully, I believe it's just the STEMS. Which means a fix to this issue is extremely possible! I could just be a packing tension, because dang those STEMS are packed. The herb is fragrant and delicious. I've said it before, and it bears repeating. They really knocked the flower out of the park.
Separately, the unboxing experience is very fun. As a whole, as an experience, it was very well thought out and chic.
I just wish it sucked more (HA! PUNS!)

My unit takes longer than 30 minutes to charge fully, Sometimes it seems that the inserts are not heating up and I do not notice the session being the experience I looked for.

Don't bother
Don't bother: It's less effective & slower than a vape and it's expensive. Plus, you're limited to only buying their cartridges. Nothing else fits.
Customer services was unhelpful.

E1011 Labs is a pretty cool company. I found by complete accident and loved their website. They offer the Elon, a very advanced type of product that I've never came across before. The Elon isn't your typical vape product, I highly recommend you read up about E1011 Labs and the Elon. The product came pretty quickly and I use it everyday!

Seems to work well
Seems to work well. A few sticks didn't seem to work much, but the few that did help as far as taking the edge off. Very discrete by not having that load noticeable smell, only smells are from the unused sticks in packs. Thanks for your fast and accurate shipping. It was smooth transaction and I tasty delight.

I actually really enjoyed it
I actually really enjoyed it. At first I was a bit skeptical of two different types of CBD. But I was pleasantly surprised. The one to relax I took at night and slept like a brick. The other one I took in the morning I didn’t feel much but I did feel slightly more focused. The flavor is amazing and the device is super cool too.

Disapointed
Was excited to get the Elon in the mail, but short after using I have found it is burning the flower with the probe and was not aware that is how the device is used... wish there was a bit better marketing and not so expensive for a lower grade device. Customer service was ok but could have been much better

I received this product and I have tried both uplift and relax and I will say the device itself is constructed really nice, the box that the stems come in is sleek nice package. Now the product the stems to me are not strong enough I no this is a cbd flower but I didn't feel anything especially with uplift I felt more of the relax in fact I would only order the relax especially after somking real pot. The only real issue I don't like the smell while smoking
