Excellent customer service. Phoned for advice and the chap spent quite some time advising me.
When my sample parcel didn't arrive they promptly sent out a replacement.

The paint itself is fantastic, it goes on really easily and looks good although it does take some time to dry.

We spoke to David on the phone about your traditional limewash paint. He was very helpful and answered all our questions fully.
Also we were interested to read about "feathering" on your website. We have spoken to different suppliers but no one else has provided such clear instructions

Great product backed up by excellent service
I used Earles paint to paint my house. The company provided helpful advice and delivery of products was prompt and accurate. I was not used to powder-based paint but had read good things about Earles; using the paint was a bit like painting with milk in terms of texture and viscosity and it was imporant to stir it frequently, but it turned out to be easy to use and the coverage and finish is amazing

Excellent service
Prompt delivery and well packed. They also included a very detailed printed technical data sheet (I detest having to squint at the tiny print on the outside of tins). This information is very useful as this is a specialised paint. I have not yet used the paint, but the instructions are so specific I am sure that i will be able to carry out my task successfully.

Great knowledge and product
Great knowledge, great product … definitely the way forward for traditional houses … just don’t waste your time and money on these over marketed fancy showroom affairs or bogof promotions ….. go old school and get it right! Was in fact very reasonable on price, less than half price of one top brand and far far superior product.

Matt Black Linseed Oil Paint from Earles
I ordered a sample pot of the linseed oil matt black paint, it arrived promptly and proved to be excellent paint with comprehensive instructions.
I proceeded to purchase 5 litres of the same paint. I have been painting the exterior beams of our 15th century cottage. The paint coverage is excellent and the house is looking great and I have a happy wife. Communication with Earles on the delivery of the 5 litre tin was excellent.
