Early Bird claims they delivered my…
Early Bird claims they delivered my package to my mailbox at 02:57 AM. The mailbox was completely empty by morning. My neighbors checked, and nothing was there. When I contacted their customer support to ask for GPS proof of the delivery scan, they completely refused to investigate. They explicitly told me: 'our service is receipt-free... and the courier does not take a photo of the package upon delivery. Since our service is receipt-free, we unfortunately have limited possibilities to investigate.' They drop packages in the middle of the night with zero proof they went to the correct address, and take absolutely zero accountability when their drivers misdeliver or lose items. At least Postnord never loses your package.

I received sms that package was delivered at 00:30 but was sleeping.I have checked in the morning and the package is not there. I was waiting for 2 packages for about month and now both of them are not here,

8 days - still no delivery
8 days ago a delivery attempt was "aborted" without any given reason. Since then I have tried to contact the customer support through the only given way, which is a web-form without any reply.
I find it unacceptable that there is no other way to contact the company, nor that the delivery has still not happened.
I did not choose EarlyBird for this delivery, but I certainly would not choose them myself.
