The earrings are beautiful.
The updates about the delays on delivery were very much appreciated.
Packaging is lovely.

Earrings were beautifully packaged and lived up to expectations.
Delivery was a little spasmodic and took much longer than expected but it was worth it.
Was intending to order more for Xmas but too worried items won’t arrive in time.

I am delighted with my earrings from EAR SASS. Had to wait a few weeks due to high demand but worth the wait as the design and quality are great.

The earrings are lovely. The Company had difficulty supplying them quickly but that wasn't their fault as they were the result of a tv programme about the Princess of Wales wearing them and so many people ordered them after the show. They had to ask the supplier to make and supply more orders and they informed throughout that the delivery would be longer than usual.

I bought the gold version and was not disappointed. Bit of a delay from order to delivery, but received an email to explain that due to demand there would be a delay.
Every time I wear them I receive a compliment.
Comfortable to wear, look good and best of all - do good.

First parcel arrived with earrings missing. Contacted company who replaced the missing earrings without any problem or issues. Offered to refund postage but haven’t so far but not really bothered as earrings were replaced within a couple of days. Company gave exceptional customer service

The earrings are lovely but it took a long time to receive them.

I ordered two pairs, one gold, one silver. The gold ones came first and the silver ones a bit longer. I was advised every step of the way for both set of earrings. I would not hesitate to buy to buy from Ear Sass again. A real lovely experience. It felt like I was buying from friends. Thank you.
