Great service from Declan & Easy Pay team
Hi, I just wanted to say thank you to the whole EasyPay team. We had a bit of a change of heart because the terminals weren't quite right for what we needed for our mobile maintenance workers. We know we’ve kept you busy while we worked things out, and we really appreciate how patient and accommodating you’ve been.
We haven’t started using the terminals yet, but every question and change has been handled so helpfully, and nothing has felt like too much trouble. You’ve made the whole process easy for us, and we honestly can’t fault the service. We’re looking forward to using the terminals for our new business venture. Thank you again - to Declan, Jake & the team.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Declan! From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His communication was excellent, and he made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing such a high level of service, but Declan really stands out. He’s a credit to the team, and the company is lucky to have him!

Great All Round Support
Smooth transition from rolling contract to fixed contract to help reduce fees. Customer service from several agents was excellent - Shea and Sophie particularly helpful. Also great support in helping set up the new terminal when that arrived.

Easipay was the first card machine…
Easipay was the first card machine company I signed up with when I set my business up 18 to 24 months ago. They've been very good to deal with ever since.
I just renewed my contract again with them and got the old rates still (albeit not for the full term). Thanks to Sophie for sorting that out for me.
Spoke to Jensen today to set up my new card machine and it was very relaxed and straightforward. Very easy to talk to.
Card machines now up and running and I'm looking forward to another 2 years of easy ways for customers to pay me.

All staff I’ve spoken to have been really helpful, polite and patient. Machine arrived very quickly and is easy to use with excellent support on offer from the staff. Would recommend!
