THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I was attempting to apply for a passport, and this form came up and looked legit, and then charged me $85.83, but then I couldn't find where the payment went. That's because it's not for the US Gov or passports. I feel like an idiot, but I'm not. Please don't get scammed.

This company is a scam they make you believe that they are a US government entity to renew a passport when in reality they are absolutely nothing more than just a place to fill out a form for which they charge you $80 before you realize that they are actually scamming you.
You can easily fill out the form on your own when you go to the actual government website. Google should do something to keep this website out of view so that people like myself do not get scammed and in addition expose all sensitive information to a third-party. One of my credit cards declined the charge, realizing that it was a fraud, but then I use another credit card and then it went through.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also filed a complaint with the FTC.

It’s a complete ripoff. They never clarified that the fee is just to fill a simple 2 page form.

Is anyone having identity theft from this site. I just gave them all my information for a passport renewal. Ughhhh

This is a SCAM! They want to charge 65.00 plus to fill out an online form. Then when you go to the passport office the worker checks it for accuracy. I will never refer anyone to this site and am filling out a complaint with the BBB.

This site and its service are scams. It's so disguised that many people will think this is an actual US government site. We don't realize until we enter all the Data, including SSN numbers, that this is not an actual Government site, and they are charging around $80 for a simple form.

This site is a scam site; they are not connected to the government to renew your passport. They are scamming you, making you think you are online at the gov site and paying to restore your online application until you download, thinking this is proof of record when it is your application to mail in for 130

This business is a scam. They represent themselves as the government. Do not use their passport form. Stay away at all costs.

EASY-FORM-FILLER.COM SANTA FE USA initially rejected a $88.83 charge to my MasterCard to fill out a form to renew my passport, at which time I successfully charged to another credit card. The next morning MasterCard informed me of fraud. EASY-FORM-FILLER.COM SANTA FE USA charged my MasterCard $88.83 twice, at which time my card was frozen. They made two additional attempts to charge $88.83 for a total of four charges in addition to the original charge of $88.83 to the other credit card, which I got reversed.

This company charges you over $80 to fill out a passport application. However, this can be done for free at the US State Department website. While the company does give you the information telling you that they are a third party, this is at the bottom of the form. Unless you read through the form there's no indication that you will be charged additionally for the actual application when you apply for the passport. This is quite deceptive .

They don't know how to stop. I have cancelled this every month for the past 4 months and here I am again having them charge me!!

I can not rate their service. But can speak of their high integrity. Im not sure how it happened, but I found myself somehow locked in their system. When they learned of the problem I had they wasted no time in correcting the problem and issued a refund immediately, 2 days. They honestly cared. If ever I’m in need of this service again I would give them my first consideration.

This site and their service is scam. Google should not allow such type service to show up at the top of results list it's so disguised many people will think this is actual US Gov site. Beware of this scam; avoid investing your $80 as it merely pays for entering demographic details into the application—a task that takes five minutes—not for the actual submission of the application, which is the misleading impression presented initially.

This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. Why would anyone pay 88 dollars for a form that’s free. They also have all my personal information.

Used it to apply for a passport. The shipping label was rejected by usps and couldn’t be used. It was expensive and I could have just written the information in myself. Not worth $80 at all.

just what others have said. they do not explicitly state that they are charging you to fill out a free form and one assumes that the fee is going to the gov. for a new passport. they also asked for a lot of personal information that i'm not sure even the government would ask for as mothers maiden name. it wasn't until after I filled out the application I saw that there was the actual $130 fee that the government asks for. do not use. I had to cancel all of my cards and put a freeze on my credit because of their shady practices.
