Ordered 21st April nit even had order confirmation total silence
I made contact 29th and was told 48 hours plates would be with me
Today 4 days later I have asked for another update and the response was how cam we help you 🤣

Missed my sons birthday he now has a car he can't drive as I changed the plates ready for his new one arriving

I spoke to Ahmed
Who informed me he would try to get the plates posted today
And would look to give a part refund
I Said it will be a full refund as you have not forfilled the terms of the order
I then asked if you do refund I dint want to have to wait days for my money Ahmed told me he can refund instantly and I would not have to wait
Next thing a refund email lines to me and guess what I have to wait 7 business days with the bank holiday that will be at least 15 days from now
I recorded the conversation and I'm happy to share this man lieing to a distressed customer

Private plates for wife's 40th
Daughter orderd number plates for wife's 40th. She orderd them a week before her birthday and it's taken a week and half for them to get here. My daughter even payed for fast delivery. The plates arrived way after her birthday and they are not even to the spec we order we wanted 3d plates and these are in 2d. Daughter now raising case to PayPal. We have tried calling and emailing regarding the plates and get no reply. Very poor service not recommended
My daughter has emailed back this company several times and now raised PayPal dispute they are now advising that we did not order what we asked for even though when we put through what we got it would of cost a lot less. Shower of crooks avoid! And they have not tried contacting me

Ordered plates over a month ago now
Ordered plates over a month ago now. After many emails of being ignored I finally got through to them and was told my plates would arrive within a day or 2 …. they still didn’t arrive. This happened again 3/4 times. Last Wednesday then they cancelled the ordered & was told would be refunded 2-3 days. Week later & still no refund. As usual tried emailing numerous times & not getting a response.

Don’t bother!
Ordered plates, never recieved any confirmation or dispatch notice.
Sent my documents, got a reply to say they had been received.
The plates arrived fast and the actual gel on them is lovely.
But one plate has a very obvious mark on it and the other plate hasn’t even been cut straight. The edge is all rough and jagged.
I informed them, they said will speak to the workshop and just like everyone else.
No reply since after numerous attempts to contact.

Only know this because luckily I screen shotted the confirmation when I placed the order.
Terrible service don’t know why my plates even left the building in that state!
1 week later still sitting in the envelope unable to use and being ignored!

Avoid these incompetent scammers!
Placed an order 4 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery. Sent requested docs within 20 minutes of order and received confirmation that my docs were received. I then got an email to say my plates were on hold until docs received.
9 working days later my plates arrived. THEY WERE WRONG!! I emailed them to say they weren't correct and they told me they would check my order confirmation and get back to me. 2 working days later I chased them. No reply. 2 working days later I chased them again and they said my replacement plates would be delivered by Parcel Force by the Tuesday (2 WD later). It is now Friday, I still have no received my plates, emailed twice since and no reply.
Now claiming for a refund through payment method. Looks like I'm not the only one!

I ordered 4 plates on a Sunday and paid for express delivery 2-3 days. Never got an order confirmation. On Wednesday I asked what was going on as nothing heard it received. Got told Thursday. Never got delivery info or order confirmation. Order didn’t turn up so a week later I disputed with PayPal. I got a refund excluding £2 (an idea why). I had emailed 4 or 5 times and when I started to become a demanding customer (cos getting no reply) they just stopped communicating altogether. Btw the phone number has a recorded message saying they are not answering it. Really really poor service.
Order number is 000000142. Interesting you will respond now but not to my emails. Please do post on here the reason why my emails were not answered and my order was never fulfilled once you have investigated.

What an absolute joke of a company
What an absolute joke of a company. I ordered and sent the required ID 3 weeks ago and they have not arrived. 4 times they told me they had been sent and nothing and each time you contact there’s no reply. They have stated they have sent a full refund which is poor. I needed the plates that I ordered and you can’t speak to anyone or even get a response. Appalling

I posted a previous review about how excited I was to received my number plates. I take it all back.
I placed my order and sent my documents straight away. These were received, approved and apparently my order went into production. I paid for 2-3 day delivery.
3 days came and went. No number plates. I contacted them and was told they weren’t in stock so I’d have them Saturday.
Saturday came and went. No number plates. So I waited until Monday where I then received an email to say my order was on hold as I needed to send documents.
I replied straight away and over 48 hours later, I still haven’t received a reply. So I’ve now requested to cancel my order.
I am a patient person but the communication is zero (unless you email and are lucky enough to get a reply) and I needed these plates asap.
I’m so disappointed and I thought this would be a great company but over £80 and 10 days later, I still have no plates and no reply.
