Placed an order 10th December , no confirmation email no information no nothing. Emailed twice with no reply. Not sure what to do now as i have emailed twice asking for update on my order. Absolutely Amazing, I had brought a set of glitter plates from these guys, and needed some new ones, had spoken to the sales manager Amer, who has helped to get this sorted for me, cannot fault the customer service from Amer. amazing 5 stars from me !!!! Will come back again and again, people ask me where my plates are from and I send them straight your way !!

Fake company
Very bad services I ordered a number plate three months ago still not been delivered I called on the 18.07.23 and I was told that I should send another £42 for the number plate to be delivered within two days but up till now nothing received. They are no more answering any phone call
I have now written to Ombudsman in relation to this. I will be contacting watch dog and face-book to report this company.

SCAMMERS
Honestly don’t know how to describe this so called company other than the description of SCAMMERS. Ordered 3D gel plates which was a total of £89… with delivery, was also promised they would be delivered today(Friday 04/08/2023),still not been delivered. Been trying to call them regarding my order and now been blocked by this company, “call failed” every time I try call them. GUYS PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I do not recommend, thieves and scammers, I was robbed for £93, I did not receive the number plates. The case was reported to the police.

Update: Solicitor consulted - will be taking company to small claims court. DVLA have taken a big interest.
Awful. Received plates (after chasing) and got what I think are illegal and not what I expected having ticked ‘legal plates’ and what was confirmed on receipt.
Emailed numerous times and they won’t confirm if legal. General DVLA checks pretty much confirms they’ve sent me illegal plates.
As they are a DVLA approved supplier I have contacted them (DVLA) and informed them of situation.
