EasyRinger is a good website for people…
EasyRinger is a good website for people who want to contact or call someone internationally or nationally just through online. It is an easy website to use and very convenient. One of the cons of this website is that the contact page does not work, I have tried multiple times to send a question through the contact page just for it to be denied with a message "unable to send" popping up. So, if you are looking for a refund, there is a chance that you won't be able to get a refund.

Thanks for this honest review! You are right the contact page - it was broken a while back (embarrassing!). The best way to contact support remains to be logged in and use the "Support" button, but that method works too! :)
Easyringer is probably a scam
Easyringer is probably a scam. I purchased and paid for a number in Canada. My card was charged but no number delivered. Easyringer didn't even send a confirmation of payment receipt (probably because they didn't want to leave any trace).

Hello! I'm sorry you ran into problems. Usually when this happens, we are waiting payment verification from you. In these cases, if it's not provided, you'll be refunded 100% automatically within a few days.
As for the receipt, you should have received an email. It's possible it went to the dreaded spam folder.
