Takes the stress out of moving!
Team was so incredibly helpful and quick. A fairly big team arrived which meant they were able to load and unload in less than 10 mins for a full 1 bed flat, including going up four flights of stairs! Everyone was very polite and careful with all belongings, which arrived exactly as they had been left. Great experience overall!

Excellent Experience
An excellent experience from start to finish. I needed to get my possessions into storeage quickly and the people in the booking centre could not have been more helpful. I was called the day before the colkection and informed of the ETA of the vans. On the day Stuart and Richard arrived on time and packed the wagons so quickly it was hard to keep up with filling boxes..they did this all with complete proffesionalism and good humour..What could gave been a stressful experience went with ease.

Misleading company that does not provide all fees on website
Easystorage mislead their customers by not providing notice of a return fee until after you've paid for collection/storage. This is against the consumer act, be careful when booking through easystorage, it does not state anywhere on their website, in their FAQ's, Pricing, T&C's and is displayed that states all plans include collection and returns. Furthermore it also states that all plans include return and all that is needed is 2 working days notice. You should be clearly displaying on your website all charges as per the consumer act and even when i have raised a complaint, I've received no acknowledgement of my email. If I do not receive any further acknowledgement and refund of my return fee's I will be filing a formal complaint to the ombudsman.

Very smooth, the guys called ealier than intended due to a previous cancellation, it made my day a lot easier. Their communication was clear, and the whole process felt stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a move!

Would definitely recommend removals and storage with EasyStorage
Richard and Oliver were courteous, smartly dressed, took pride in their work and careful with my possessions. They rang ahead of arrival. Didn’t rush the job but worked swiftly. Explained about the charges.

Seamless job
Zultan, Adrian and Wayne did an excellent job switching our storage from our existing units to theirs.

Great service start to finish - takes the stress out of moving.
Booking was super easy, I called EasyStorage as I needed to speak to someone about the logisitics and assistance with locations etc...I spoke to an agent (Ian I think), he was super helpful.
Gavin called me the night before to get a better idea of what was to be stored and gave me some recommendations on what I needed to do to ensure a smooth move.
On the day Lee, Adrian, Kaiel and Wayne worked swiftly and were super focused on getting me packed up as soon as possible. They took great care of my items a worked their way seamlessly through the rooms. They even offered to help move things to my car which were coming with me. Thank you guys!! Amazing team!!!
I would absolutely recommend easyStorage. Thank you for making my move super easy!

Amazing!
Booked 5 pods. Moved out of my house today. Gentlemen who came were absolutely lovely. Spoke to my father-in-law about football and seemed genuinely interested in my hobbies all while moving stuff professionally. They did not damage a single thing and the way they put the stuff in the pods — it was like magic. So much stuff fit in there even though the pods seemed small.
And the icing on the cake — after all that, and looking at all my stuff, I thought I’d certainly need all 5 pods. But the men managed to fit my stuff into 4 pods and refunded me the difference without a word. They certainly overdelivered.

They kept everything perfectly safe for me.
I had my items returned to me on 21 November 2025, and everything went brilliantly.
