Very flexible and friendly company to deal with, both admin and removal/delivery operatives. When my plans had to change at short notice, they could not have been more helpful. Would use again.

We needed to find a warehouse just after an exhibition, and after searching, we found easyStorage. They were very courteous and helped us out very quickly. We are very grateful to the Park Royal Site Manager.

Giving this two stars, dedicated to the delivery guys who did a great job.

The storage Idea of the pods is novel and works well, however the ethics of the company are brought into question as they charged £200 to pick up (not including storage fees) then charge £300 for re-delivery (even though in this case, the return address was actually nearer to the storage depot).

This extra charge is NOT clear when you make the booking - why is it £100 more?!. The guy on the phone I spoke to initially said it would be the same amount to pick up as it would to re-deliver, so long as I didn't move far away, which I though was fair, but is NOT the case. So I feel properly ripped off by this.

The other thing is they try to get a positive review out of you here on trust-pilot before you're likely to know about the extortionate re-delivery fee.

Also you can't book your re-delivery online. You can't create an account to do this. The chat-bot doesn't work if you leave a message for someone to get back to you. The only way to contact them for the return is to try to call them at least 3+ times as the line is always busy.

Overall, great service, but you'll pay dearly for it. The deceptive marketing (or deliberate return fee obfuscation) make it out like they're the cheapest out there, but there are other services that charge roughly the same - but at least you'll know what you're paying.

Pleasant and tidy staff, arrived on time and picked up/dropped off efficiently. I was able to have my items returned very quickly and undamaged.

Easy access, clean, safe and lights available which came in handy in the evenings. Wouldn't have been able to move house without 24/7 access to the storage, made it much more manageable being able to drop off things in smaller journeys and not have to navigate corridors etc. Jean was very kind and his dog too 😁great value for money, overall 10/10

Appalling customer care , we waited for 5 hours . No driver. No communication. Eventually 6 hours later someone called me to say there will no collection . They never booked it .

I used easy storage Exeter when I was moving house. I needed a large amount of storage so that I could empty my house that I was selling and had a gap between selling and moving into a new house some distance away. Having used a different storage facility in Exeter I decided that easy storage was a far better option for me as I got twice an amount of storage for a cheaper price than the alternative. The process was really easy and the storage facilities were great. I need to drive a van right up to the door which was perfect for me as opposed to unloading vans onto trolleys and going up lifts that I had to do at the other place. Highly recommend this company easy to deal with easy handover process and large storage at a reasonable price.

All the guys helping with the house move were really friendly, warm and made the whole process feel really seamless and stress free

I had a great experience with EASY storage, particularly Esha who supported me through my call. I needed to book storage for my furniture during renovations to my house following a flood, so this was a really stressful time for me. Esha guided me through the process, giving excellent information and advice. I really appreciated her professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness through the whole call to booking and e mailing me all the information I needed. Absolutely delighted this far, definitely a 5 star service!

Darren George & Barry called first thing to give me the heads up on their expected arrival time then called twice more to let me know when they were leaving the last job before me and when nearly with me. Great communication and really appreciated!

When they got there, they were polite, efficient and hard working. The job was completed without fuss, my possessions carefully packed in the unit. The whole experience today was stress free.

I booked a storage unit with easyStorage in Bristol two weeks ago, and I still have no idea how or where to collect my key. Despite several contracts and multiple follow-ups, no one has given me clear or accurate information. The communication is terrible and completely unorganized. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had — very disappointing and unprofessional.
