Infuriatingly dumb "security" measures that will only lock you out of your own account.

i got restricted for no reason for each account i tried to open..Please give me any suggestion or solution cause i had purchases to do. thanx

Banned for no reason, what a bunch of crap!

Betrug, fuer mein Apple Pencil wurde das Geld nie ueberwiesen, bzw. trasferiert, ansonsten datenkrake, intransparent, datenphishing, no security login possible, steady phishing, co-use of accounts, poor security a big stress, poor and miserable, since end of 2021, a very poor performance, no reliable access, poor quality

Very difficult to navigate for English speaking people. I was interested in buying a vintage sewing machine for which I registered myself to put an offer. I managed to register and when I received a confirmation email I opened it and it was in GERMAN language. There was no way to get an English translation which made me to abandon my attempt. Very disappointed.

Yesterday I lost 250€.
We agreed with the seller the shipping way etc ,I paid via money transfer and then the seller account is blocked. eBaykleinzagen message me that might is a scam .
No one can help .the only way is claim the money through bank but pretty sure I will get 0.
NEVER AGAIN . I WILL DELETE MY ACCOUNT THERE.

Worst experience ever , I have bought an item a week ago , which I never received. I made a mistake and bought the item directly instead of contacting the seller and asking if I can see the item first, since it was a famous website I thought “ they can’t be scammers “,and I thought even if I get scammed they would definitely have a refund service like any other famous websites , specially when I paid the extra money for a safe pay. The day after I bought the item , I massaged the seller and asked about the process like if he send it or not yet? Which I got responded with “ the item is sold long ago , what did you pay for? “ treating me like I was lying. Now I’m not sure where my money is , does the seller or the site scammed me? Cause eBay Kleinanzeige has no contact service nor refund service at all , even though they ask for extra money to make a safe payment but that’s b*ll**t, the OPP is also b*ll**t , they don’t do no shet for you , pay safe is a lie in this site . So please never ever pay online through this site.

Impossible to sign up. Have tried to sign up from my phone (Danish number) and my sons phone. Wrote several times to support, they answered, but could not solve the problem. So I should say it is impossible to sign up.

I have lost my money from this website's online payment service which was supposed to be safe but it isnot safe at all and I lost my Money and sent many emails to OPP their online service with no reply to my request

Got scammed 2 times in last 2 months. Be warned. Scammers use now accounts that were established in the last few years, one had good amount of ads completed and good feedback. I was shown German ID card which I understand was fake ( just type german id card in the browser search box ) as well as account was created in 2016. Mobile phone was also German, Lycamobile - this can be obtained in any amounts and handed over to scammers in all remote parts of the world. Do not agree under any circumstances to pay by PayPal friends and family. You will not recover the money or get any help from Kleinanzeigen support, PayPal or bank, unless you claim chargeback which may work or may not with your credit card provider. I will never do any business there. And yes, I was stupid and naive believing that old photo equipment is not in the scammers scope.
Kleinanzeigen removed my ad where I was warning other users of fraudulent ad that was still listed for next 3 weeks after I reported it.

The company account is blocked.
1 month no response.
Called the support manager to help to thbut is resolve,
they say they have no access, I asked to call someone.
Business is blockedand , a lot of money lost.
They refused, dropped the phone.

Very poorly managed company, when even paying customers are treated like that.

Im Setting a PlayStation Game for sale .

They won’t let me put the game for sale, as they can’t verify I’m not selling to children?

I made a complaint as other people are selling the exact same game. Still get the dumb automatic answer. I don’t even think, they bother to read complaints.

The game is Ratchet & Clank, Rift Apart (USK ab 12 & PEGI 7) It’s even stated on the package.

Totally useless company. I can already see less people are using it. Sales have dropped and i am a top seller.

I have registered in the platform and I was blocked with no reason even before being able to access it. I have sent an email asking to activate my account, as I wanted to buy a product, and several days later I received a very rude answer (and no reason why my account was blocked). It seems your system is very badly developed and your customer service has no training at all.

Bad customer service. There is no way to contact them if you have a request or a complaint. In addition, if you post a product for sale, without asking you eBay decides at their own to discretion to keep or delete the product from the posting. eBay is arrogant and acts as a monopolistic business

Terrible, I have no words: I didn't even manage to login, they blocked me because I accessed from pc and then from the App...
1 month for a reply to my help request.... and after all the wating, here is the reply:

Pity, I knew from friends that the service was really usefull until some time ago. My personal experience is totally negative. Also another friend was blocked because the pictures of the item were too nice... OMG

Pure theft. You pay for more visibility and the add disapears, were it had been on line for a week...
Happened to me twice, NO refund.

Most worst platform ever. After 10 days they answer my ticket. Their support is really worst in world. is ebay going to bankrupt? no idea. ticket:10793023.
after 10 days they didnt even explain why my account is blocked. i didnt even sell my own product in that platform it is like a joke.

Just created an account here like two days ago, since I wanted to have my gaming console and monitor sold as soon as possible, and I was also planning to buy some products from here, but since like a few hours of using this platform my account is restricted for no specific reason. 😡 I’ve already waited more than 24hours and have even contracted the support, but I haven’t been granted access to my account. Wouldn’t recommend this platform to anybody, it’s a disgrace to the original international Ebay website/app.

Worst customer experience when it comes to registering and login. Embarrassing.

Ebay Customer Service support theft. Item tracked, delivered. They still have the buyer a refund.
