It is impossible to create an account with them. You sign up and no email is coming. You do that few times again. after a while you get confirmation email, do the verification, get sms and first time you log in they tell you that your account have been disabled due to suspicious activity. What is that all bout? Have not been logged in even once and they kick you out!

Why my account is blocked

Months ago I bought a pair of headphones for €85. As soon as I paid, the person listed them as collected and blocked me. I lived in Hamburg and the seller was in southern Germany. I could never have picked up the headphones. I contacted the customer service several times through in the app, I never got an answer. Since then, I don't buy or sell anything through Kleinanzeigen. It is the worst experience I have ever had in online shopping. I paid extra for a payment protection and got not even a answer. The seller still active. Don't loose your money here.

EBAY made it great. I order an item from one of the shops, a cover for my R.V. I invested a lot of time researching what I needed. I purchased one prior from a different company so I knew exactly what I wanted.
What I received was a joke. Tore coming our of the package.

I tried to co.municate with the company. I was very specific in my original message, and said I wanted a refund. The company kept asking to list what was wrong and send pictures.
I reported them to EBAY for Fraud! misleading me and sending me the faulty item.
EBay came through and issued me a refund. It was awesome. I said what was happening and they responded shifty and returned my monies.

A very unsupportive webpage, I was con by an ID-hijacker who calls himself Max Kluge that produced a fake ID, fake receipt, fake everything....He monitored my phone somehow after a message and took 995 euros from my bankaccount with the help of Paypal....to help me Kleinanzeigen blocked my acount....morons....and the con-man is still active on their site....no support whatsoever, better go to Ebay

I had the worst experiences with this platform.I'm new in germany & I'm looking for accomodation, I had appointments scheduled with a couple of landlords, but I was surprised to find that my account had been blocked for no apparent reason. I hadn't violated any laws or rules on the platform. It was a weird experience.

The platform got so much worse since it was bought.
There are so many scammers, which don’t get banned.
The buyer protection doesn’t protect you in any way.
The support is horrible.
Some transactions take over a week to process

The Aktionkodes have been complete clickbait lately. I thought you guys could afford to honor the latest one (XMAS) till the stated end date, with the fees you get from Direkt Kaufens. They also burn even after a failed purchase (a.k.a. auto cancellation when a seller doesn't confirm it within 48 hours), email support told me the same thing.

Terrible administration of site, very slow customer service.

I have been using Kleinanzeigen for the last 2 years with top ratings. Then all of a sudden they restricted my account, and after a month of my writing to them, they told me (via email) that I was using my phone with different accounts!

I shared the info of my only account, and I'm AGAIN waiting for their return.
I wish we had a better choice, I hate monopolies!

I would advise not to use the buy’s protection as they are literally useless 👎👎👎

Big Clown's. One person of kleinanzeige uses my pictures and my advertisement. I reported it. And they blocked me!! Just clowns and have IQ of a donkey

Full of bugs nowadays. I miss the time when this website was still usable.

Full of scammers. And site doesn't do anything to protect you . Every seller want PayPal option for family and friends ,where you don't have any protection. This scam plase should be closed or they do some update to policies. Doesn't recommend since it is not safe to buy there . Already lost couple of hundreds euros.

I've read a lot of bad reviews for this website but it's essentially a local site for people in Germany. If you are from the UK you can not open an account as we are no longer in the EU. It is a high risk site if you purchase from another country as I believe a fair amount of transactions are done within local communities, so scamming German locals from the same area is pretty difficult BUT individuals who want to join from other countries are risking losing money as it essentially wasn't designed for international buyers. Let's face it if the sellers on this site wanted to sell to international buyers they would put their products on eBay Germany. My advice is stay away from it if your not in Germany.

Worst classified website EVER.I was scammed for 550eur and there is no protection for buyers AT ALL.No way to contact the website and they even won't block the scammer's profile, after the report.They don't even try to help you get the money back.WORST NON RELIABLE ADVERT WEBSITE!!!

Probably hundred or thousands of fake acounts. Almost every item i am considering to buy has a few fake adds. I was allready scammed once. Customer support did nothing to help me.
