No refund issued

No refund issued, even though they were out of stock on the helmet I ordered. Klarna rejected the dispute even though I provided evidence of the e-mail promising refund. Terrible experience even though I have ordered from them before.

Product ordered 7 days ago, no delivery tracking notifications, several emails sent to eboardstore.se customer support but no response received!
In short, I don't know where my order is or when I'll receive it if I do!

Everithing arrived

Everithing arrived. Just I made a mistake. I would order Alterbag with side pockets. And that pocket have Just metal gun colour and not gray one :(

Misleading order & delivery info.

Misleading order & delivery info.
Offered & took payment for international shipping in the checkout, but cancelled my order a few days later saying they can't ship outside the EU.
To be fair, refund was quick.

Double charged import fees

Alter Bag arrived swift & safe, however the courier (FedEx) is asking for another £30+ to double charge me tax/import fees which were stated as included with the purchase on eboarstore.eu, and would make my £150 backpack cost over £200!
After contacting FedEx with my evidence, they sent 2 identical automated replies stating they have "Investigated the matter in more detail" and I'm at fault, even though it's obvious nobody has spent any time looking at the evidence I provided. Clearly the seller has caught on to FedEx's lack of customer service, and neglected to cover international shipping costs with their international shipping price tag, instead opting to keep the extra 20% for themselves.
The eboardstore customer service forms are all in Swedish, and on the off chance you get a reply, it is not helpful: "There's no duty and tax fees within EU...(if there are it's on you)"
- Well if there's no duty fee, why am I being asked to pay it twice??

I would have never used this store had I known this would have happened. AVOID if you are shipping internationally, or be prepared to have a tax invoice land on your doorstep...
