I have never received the article i…

I was reimbursed after 15 days, I would have liked to have been advised beforehand that Klarna manages their payments and it depends on them and not on Eboardstore when you get your refund.

Hello, we refunded your order and you received the payment from Klarna within five days. During the time we have been in close with you on email and Facebook. This review was also added after the refund was received. So this feels pretty unfair...

I leave 4 stars, because site permits checkout with wrong address outside Sweden, just read carefully item description for shipment availability, and not just beginning as I did. Otherwise response was fast, and team corrected me accordingly.
