Usually I don’t pick up calls I don’t recognise but I’m so glad I did! Spoke to a great advisor who easily guided me through switching from British Gas who were overcharging me £100 a month!! Ended up getting my sister and dad to use their services as well as it was so helpful

An eBuddy Representative telephoned me and offered to get me a better deal on my Gas and Electricity so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went with him. I am waiting to see how much if anything I have saved and what the projected forecast is. Hopefully, it will be better.

Got my energy switched in 15 minutes from a supplier I was unhappy with. Although the saving weren't huge, I'm now with a 100% renewable supplier who has a better reputation in the market. All thanks to ebuddy.

I'm not the usual type to accept a call from a number I don't know, but honestly speaking, the service over the phone was great! I finally got to sort out my bills which I usually stuff in the drawer to never look at again and found out I was paying a lot more than I needed to. Normally, I put the telephone on cold calls. This time, the lady the other end did not sound like the many rogue callers we have. So, I listened and accepted her offer to save us money on our energy bills. She offered us a range of alternatives. We chose the one that best suited us and the transfer to the new providers has gone smoothly and is saving us money. I appreciated the follow-up call from the manager.
