Avoid like the plague!!
Avoid like the plague! I recently had a terrible experience with ECH at Catania airport. They refused to honour my booking unless I took out full insurance with them which was nearly three times the cost. I did not want this as I had my own third party cover and it was not required. They were rude and obnoxious and, in my opinion, were simply trying to upsell me. Disgrace

Gabriel was very helpful. The car was a new Symbioz in good condition. They didnt try to rip me off when I returned it. They offered a free shuttle to the airport. Would highly recommend- and they gave me a free water bottle.
